Основні задачі:

• Повний цикл рекрутингу: від intake meeting до виходу кандидата.
• Активний пошук та хедхантинг кандидатів.
• Talent mapping та побудова talent pools.
• Проведення інтерв'ю та оцінка кандидатів.
• Тісна взаємодія з hiring managers.
• Аналіз ринку та salary benchmarking.
   

Серед вакансій: CCO, Head of Demand, Team Lead Media Buying, Media Buyer, Head of Marketing, Product Lead, RTB Lead, Affiliate Manager, Traffic Acquisition Manager та інші.
 

Вимоги:

• 3+ роки досвіду в Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Досвід рекрутингу в сферах AdTech, Affiliate, Performance та Digital-маркетингу з глибоким розумінням специфіки таких ролей, як Media Buyer, Affiliate/Publisher Manager, Traffic Acquisition та RTB.
• Досвід повного циклу рекрутингу.
• Сильні навички sourcing та headhunting.
• Володіння LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search та X-Ray Search.
• Досвід роботи з talent pipelines та talent pools.
