    What Will You Do?

     

    Communicate with clients from China – explain how our programs work, answer questions, and help them choose the best solution.
    Conduct online consultations (Zoom, calls, messengers) – support clients and offer customized program options.
    Build trust-based relationships – it’s not just about selling services, but creating an environment where clients feel confident in every step.
    Work with CRM – manage the client database, analyze the market, and help improve our sales strategy in China.

    Requirements

    - 2+ years of commercial experience.

    - 2+ years of experience in Python and some in Django and DRF.

    - 1+ year of experience in React or Vue . React is slightly more preferred, but you will probably work with both.

    - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and Front-End development.

    - Full-Stack experience is a must.

    - Experience in building the REST API.

    - Experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres.

    - You can use Docker on a level that you know Git :) (Enough for day-to-day usage, but not an expert)

    - Basic QA skillset for devs. Ability to write tests of any level for your code.

    - English B2+ (ability to speak fluently). All communication and meetings are in English, so you have to be able to speak.

    - Time zone CEST. Preferred working time 9:00 to 18:00.

    - You are a confident LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, whatever) user for work tasks.

     

    Bonus Skills

    - Generative AI Integration skill would be a huge bonus. By that we mean the ability to understand how LLM works, prompt engineering, hosting models, and experience in developing a products that utilize LLM's API. Low-level AI / ML expertise is not required but would be a gem for us.

    - Experience with Google Cloud will be a major plus.

    - Experience with any other Cloud Provider will be a plus.

    - Flask / Fast API

    - NodeJS / Go commercial experience.

    - Ability to provide accurate estimates.

    - Application Design skills would be great.
