About the Role

We are looking for a Developer Experience Manager to support developers during active projects. You will be the main point of contact, helping them navigate operational processes, resolve issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a highly operational, communication-heavy role that requires structure, clarity, and ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Developer Support: act as the primary contact for developers during active engagements, respond to developer questions and requests in a timely and structured way, and ensure no requests are lost or unresolved.

We are looking for a VFX Artist to create visual effects for online slot games (particles, explosions, glows, trails, screen flashes, win effects, transitions, etc.) - all built and delivered natively in Spine 2D. You'll work alongside our 2D Spine Animator, handling everything on the effects side so the animator can stay focused on characters and symbols.

Before you apply: this role is specifically for Spine 2D VFX. If your effects pipeline lives in Unity, After Effects, or any other tool, and you haven't exported production-ready VFX directly in Spine - this isn't the right fit. We are building a real-time AI-powered desktop assistant that runs on-screen during sales calls — a live mission control layer that floats above Zoom, Google Meet, and similar tools. The product already exists and is actively deployed in enterprise environments on both Windows and macOS.

This is not a standard frontend role. We need a systems-level desktop engineer who understands operating systems deeply, knows how to write native modules, and can make software feel truly native — responsive, polished, and invisible in terms of resource usage. Windows is our primary platform, macOS is equally important for product quality.

You will own the desktop layer end-to-end: windowing architecture, IPC, audio capture, process management, native module development, enterprise deployment constraints, and OS-level integrations.

What You Will Do

• Own and evolve the existing Electron-based desktop application across Windows (primary) and macOS
• Build and maintain native modules (N-API) in Swift, Objective-C, C++, or Rust that extend Electron beyond what the web layer can provide

Responsibilities:

• Organization/help any events concerned with training in location;
• Ability for accurate work in internal management systems and tools;
• Training modules preparations (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates, problem solving etc.);
• Introduction trainings (consulting, organization, closing in the system).
• Process the Training plan (assure the accuracy of the forecast);
• Cooperation with internal and external training providers;

Mandatory Skills Description:

Higher education;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with databases;
• Advanced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer);
• Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in teams;
• Strong attention to details and organization;
• Self-starter and proactive approach to resolving
