About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will take ownership of defining and executing the quality strategy for AI-driven services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and excellent user experience. You will work closely with ML engineers, product managers, and designers to raise the quality bar for our AI solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should bring at least two out of the following three strengths:

• Strong QA skills with a structured and methodical approach to work,

Role Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy and best practices for the Data Science team
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure testability and completeness
• Design, implement, and execute functional and non-functional testing (web, mobile, agentic services)
• Lead testing of API endpoints, data pipelines, and integrations within DS-managed services
• Validate frontend and backend processes in interactions with DS components

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in functional and non-functional testing, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Experience testing AI/ML systems, chatbots, or LLM-based tools
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and validation techniques
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and processes
• Solid experience with API testing and related tools
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, XML, SQL) and data validation
• Hands-on experience with QA management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail)
• English (C1) with excellent communication and documentation skills

Що тебе чекає:
— Розробка та реалізація глобальної стратегії залучення користувачів для мобільних додатків (iOS/Android) та вебплатформи;
— Управління платними каналами: Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads та інші;
— Керівництво та розвиток наявної команди: 3 байєри + команда креативних маркетологів;
— Контроль і оптимізація бюджету з фокусом на CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV;

Що ми очікуємо:
— 4+ роки досвіду в User Acquisition / Performance Marketing для мобільних та вебпродуктів;
— Досвід управління великими бюджетами ($500K+/місяць) і командою;

Роль

Шукаємо Product Manager з досвідом в iGaming (casino / betting), який візьме ownership за продукт і драйвитиме зростання ключових метрик.

Зона відповідальності

• Формування та розвиток product strategy казино-напрямку
• Ownership за ключові метрики (GGR, NGR, retention, LTV, ARPU)
• Управління product roadmap: пріоритизація, планування, delivery
• Пошук точок зростання та запуск гіпотез (retention / monetization / engagement)
• Проведення та аналіз A/B тестів (UX, вітрини, бонуси, фічі)
• Робота з продуктовою аналітикою: воронки, сегменти, поведінка гравців

• Управління ігровою економікою:

   

  • RTP
  • бонусне навантаження
  • маржинальність

   

• Робота з bonus mechanics (включаючи anti-abuse логіку)
• Управління game portfolio (slots / live) та взаємодія з провайдерами

— middle або junior з досвідом у суміжних сферах (SMM, копірайтинг), досвід на аналогічній посаді не є обов’язковим, але буде перевагою;

— вміння писати коротко, влучно і не схоже на текст, згенерований СhatGPT;

— почуття гумору😉, вміння генерувати ненудний контент, який відповідає менш формальному, дружньому tone of voice компанії.

Обов'язки:
 

— підготовка публікацій для технологічних та суспільно-політичних медіа; 

— підтримка SMM-менеджера у веденні сторінок організації в Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok;

— підтримка старшого комунікаційного менеджера в решті задач, організації івентів, email-розсилок компанії, тощо; 

— участь у менеджменті подкасту/Youtube-каналу компанії;

— допомога з іншими запитами C-level та комунікаційної команди Strimco.

Буде плюсом:
 

— обізнаність щодо політичних процесів навколо, зокрема, реформи цифровізації буде вагомою перевагою. 

Умови роботи:
 

— змішаний формат, офіс в Kooperativ або віддалена робота за домовленістю, але перебування у Києві і періодичні відвідини офісу є обов’язковими;
