What You Will Own

• Operations and reporting — monthly close, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AP/AR, multi-entity accounting in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks
• Budgeting — annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, departmental spend tracking and variance analysis
• Compliance and tax — Ukrainian tax regulations, audit coordination, payroll processing, statutory reporting
• Systems and automation — manage and optimize Odoo ERP workflows (invoicing, purchasing, accounting modules), QuickBooks for US entity, build reporting automation and dashboards
