Jobs at Djinni

ORIL is seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer to lead a 2–3 month strategic project focusing on a comprehensive audit and redesign of our mission-critical, AI-driven real estate data platform.

The ideal candidate is a "rockstar" data expert with strong data architecture, data discovery, and data engineering expertise. You will take complete ownership of evaluating our current data layer, determining the target future state (Desired State), and defining a concrete execution roadmap for the engineering team.

About the Project

Our client is a US-based innovator providing a centralized data platform for multi-family real estate. The platform aggregates complex real estate datasets from various external integrations and sources to feed real-time BI analytics (Metabase), power automated operational insights, and drive an intelligent Text-to-SQL AI chatbot.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, or Senior Database Engineer;
• Proven track record of conducting end-to-end Data Discovery and Audits of complex, multi-source data architectures;
• Deep technical expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database design, including advanced query optimization, indexing, schema design, and data modeling;
• Hands-on experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Integrity frameworks (monitoring freshness, volume anomaly, schema drift, semantic metadata validation);
• Extensive background in evaluating and architecting ETL/ELT data pipelines and integrations (APIs, web scraping, CDC pipelines);
• Strong understanding of structuring metadata, schemas, and semantic layers for AI/LLM integrations (Text-to-SQL) and BI reporting tools (Metabase);
• Ability to translate complex business needs into high-level technical vision, concrete architecture blueprints, and resource estimates;
• English level: Fluent or Advanced (C1) with strong stakeholder-facing communication skills for direct interactions with US client leadership.

What will you do?

•  Evaluate the current state of all data collected across multiple integrations — how data is ingested, processed, stored, and presented across the platform.
• Analyze schema design, data freshness, bottleneck risks, and overall data health to identify system vulnerabilities and inaccuracies.
• Design a clean, scalable, and future-proof target data architecture optimized for fast querying, BI reporting (Metabase), and AI/LLM ingestion (Text-to-SQL).
• Build a detailed step-by-step execution plan (Roadmap) specifying required engineering steps, timelines, and resource allocations needed to reach the desired state.
• Present audit findings and strategic recommendations directly to the US client leadership and product team.

We Offer:

• Project-based contract engagement (2–3 months) with flexible Part-time or Full-time capacity;
• Potential for long-term cooperation upon successful project delivery;
• Competitive, market-leading compensation;
• Full accounting support;
• Fully remote work flexibility;
• Agile, transparent engineering culture.

Application Process:

1. Initial Screening Call with Recruiter.
2. Technical & Architecture Deep Dive with CTO.
3. Culture Index (CI) Test.

We are looking for a Retention Manager to take ownership of CRM and retention for a B2C online casino product.

The product has already been live in other GEOs and is now being adapted for new European markets, initially DACH. The goal is not to build everything from scratch, but to adjust the existing setup, build the right CRM and retention processes for the new markets, and prepare the product for launch.

This is a fully remote role.

What you will do:

• Own CRM and retention for the product.
• Adapt the existing retention setup for new markets and prepare it for launch.
• Set up and manage CRM processes in Customer.io.
• Build player segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
• Launch and manage campaigns across Email, Push, SMS and In-app.
• Develop retention and reactivation mechanics for different player segments.
• Work with bonuses, promotions and communication offers.
• Analyze player behaviour and key metrics, including retention, redeposit frequency, average deposit and LTV.
• Monitor bonus performance and bonus costs.
• Identify churn risks and build reactivation flows for inactive players.
• Define what communication and offers should be used for different player segments.
• Test new campaigns, mechanics, segments and offers and use the results to improve retention.
• Work closely with Product, Affiliates, VIP/Support and other teams.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on CRM / Retention experience in online casino / iGaming.
• Experience with the Tier1 market.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for CRM content and workflow support.
• Strong practical experience with CRM campaigns - this role requires someone who is comfortable doing the work directly, not only managing it.
• Experience with player segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, retention and reactivation.
• Good understanding of casino player behaviour, bonuses, and promotional mechanics.
• Experience working with retention, redeposit and LTV metrics.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Customer.io experience would be highly relevant.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the whole CRM/Retention area.
• English B1+

Nice to have:

• Experience with email deliverability and domain warming.
• SQL knowledge.
• Sportsbook experience in addition to casino.

This role can be a good next step for a CRM Manager, Retention Manager or Team Lead who wants broader ownership and be a Head of CRM Department while remaining hands-on with CRM.

At the initial stage, you will be the most senior retention specialist on the project rather than a manager of an established team. As the product develops, the scope of the function may expand.

Lexidesk is the AI client intake platform for law firms.

More than 50 firms run on us already, across personal injury, immigration, family law and more.

We started with the phone, answering every call 24/7 so firms stop losing cases to missed calls.

Now we're going for end-to-end intake automation. Our goal: help an average legal intake team of 8 handle the same number of leads with 2 people, while converting better than before.

The only problem: most law firms have no idea any of this is possible yet.

That's your job: tell them.

Your day to day

• Make product videos, explainer videos and launch videos. Think Loom recordings and ElevenLabs-style motion launches using AI. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZKzfDz8Png.
• Build and distribute content funnels. Quizzes, webinars, short courses — whatever turns your content into booked demos. Example webinar: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PAdaBp2DSsm2Upy_3pEvGg.
• Run product launches and communicate new features to customers in a structured way, as described here: https://harries.co/launch-your-product.
• Film with our customers, publish case studies and customer stories, and collect testimonials. Customer stories: https://lexidesk.ai/customers.
• Turn our podcasts and existing content into shorts law firm owners stop scrolling for.
• Build trust in online legal communities: Reddit, Facebook groups, Slack and comment sections.
• Manage our socials.

Requirements

• 1+ years doing social or content for a software company. B2B SaaS ideally. Legal is a big plus.
• You can produce and edit videos and make them look good, using motion design with Remotion and AI tools like ElevenLabs and Higgsfield.
• You write well.
• You're comfortable being on camera.
• Your content workflows are AI native.
• You like to get deep into new topics and become an expert on them.
• You understand AI and how businesses use it, or you'll learn it fast.
• English at C1 or close. You may talk to US lawyers and arrange for them to record content with us.

Nice to have

• You run or used to run a YouTube channel about AI for business.
• You've done legal or legal-tech marketing before.
• You think like a product manager. You like talking to users and turning what they say into content.

How we work

• Speed is the moat. Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy.
• Impact, not titles. No job titles. It's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
• AI first. We use AI across the whole company to move faster with better results.
• Automate the boring stuff. If you do it twice and will keep doing it, automate it once it works by hand.
• Think from first principles. Stop and think. Ask dumb questions, ask when it's unclear or costly, then decide on your own.
• Talent over location. Fully remote. We hire the best person, wherever they are.
• Taste is king. Anyone with Claude can be average. Cut the extra, keep it minimal, and build for your audience, not yourself.

What we offer

• The first content marketing seat at Lexidesk. You build the function almost from scratch and own it. Your work ships and actually gets seen.
• Direct access to the founder and the whole business. You'll learn how an AI startup really runs end-to-end.
• A budget for the tools and gear you need. Camera, editing software, AI subscriptions — whatever makes the work great.
• A clear path to grow into leading our content team as we scale.

Reelly AI is a B2B platform in the real estate sales sector that has become one of the market leaders in the UAE in just four years. More than 74,000 agents have registered on the platform. We help them find up-to-date information on more than 2,000 projects from developers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Our business is selling data and access to our proprietary AI ecosystem. It helps developers see supply and demand in real time, understand agents’ needs, and make commercial decisions faster.

We work with international companies, including those from India, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom, that operate in the UAE. We are preparing for international expansion in cooperation with government partners. Our goal is to attract one million agents over the next three years.

I am writing this job posting personally. My name is Vitalii Ryzhak, and I am the founder and CEO of Reelly AI.

Recently, the real estate market in the region has experienced significant stress. For us, this period has become a catalyst for growth: developers have started digitizing their processes more actively, and we have received a large influx of new contracts. That is why I am resuming the search for new talent to join our team.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the inbound and outbound sales team for our real estate Data API. The team will sell API access to real estate agencies that want to display up-to-date property data on their own websites.

You will work with an existing agency prospect database and develop a repeatable approach to selling in the UAE and international markets. Our current data coverage includes the UAE, Bali, and Phuket. Expansion to the UK, Georgia, and Saudi Arabia is planned.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role: you will build the team and sales process while personally joining discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and important deals. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate with Product, technical specialists, and the post-sales team.

What you will do

• Build and lead a sales team across inbound enquiries and targeted outbound prospecting
• Help hire, onboard, coach, and develop salespeople; set clear priorities, review calls and deals, and improve individual performance
• Segment the existing agency database, identify relevant decision-makers, and create focused outreach and follow-up playbooks
• Design and improve the full sales process: qualification, discovery, demo, trial, proposal, negotiation, closing, and post-sales handoff
• Own CRM discipline, pipeline stages, activity and conversion reporting, revenue forecasting, and regular pipeline reviews
• Personally lead key client conversations in English and show the team how to translate API capabilities and data coverage into business value for an agency website
• Coordinate integration questions with technical colleagues and make accurate commitments about the product and implementation
• Work with the founder on targets, positioning, pricing feedback, and priorities for international expansion
• Bring customer objections, lost-deal insights, and market feedback to Product and the wider team

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years in B2B sales, including personally closed deals in SaaS, data products, digital products, IT services, or a closely related field
• 2+ years building or managing a sales team, with clear examples of hiring, coaching, process improvements, and measurable commercial results
• Practical experience with both inbound sales and outbound prospecting
• Strong discovery, demonstration, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident English at B2 / Upper-Intermediate or above for independent client calls, negotiations, and written follow-up
• Hands-on CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting experience
• Ability to understand API and data products and explain their value in business terms; coding or software development experience is not required
• Ownership of team results, consistent follow-through, and a willingness to stay close to customers and deals

Experience selling API or data subscriptions, working with real estate agencies, or serving UAE and other international markets is a plus. Practical use of AI tools to improve research, outreach, and sales operations is welcome.

How we will measure success

A productive sales team, qualified pipeline, new paid revenue, conversion through the funnel, reliable forecasts, and clear customer handoffs. Targets and the performance bonus structure will be agreed before joining.

Compensation and work format

Guaranteed base salary: USD 4,000–6,000 per month, plus performance-based commission or bonus. The fixed amount within this range will depend on relevant experience and demonstrated results. Bonus terms and targets will be agreed before joining.

Full-time, fully remote, open to candidates worldwide.

Why this role may interest you

• Direct work with the founder and influence over the sales strategy, team, and processes
• An existing agency prospect database and a concrete B2B product to sell
• The opportunity to build a repeatable sales approach across current and planned international markets
• Hands-on experience at the intersection of real estate, data, APIs, and AI

My recommendation:

If you want the opportunity to join our team, apply for this role on Djinni. We will review your CV and relevant experience and contact suitable candidates individually through Djinni about the next steps.

I, Vitalii Ryzhak, hope you will connect with our mission as I did six years ago. I believe that only the strong win. And we are building our strength in attracting international capital so that, when the time is right, we can focus all our efforts on rebuilding Ukraine.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!

• Confidence using AI assistants and translation tools while checking the accuracy of their output
• Basic English is acceptable when supported by AI and translation tools; you must be able to understand the customer's request, check the response, and ask for help when something is unclear
• Experience keeping customer records, tickets, or task trackers organized
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day, with reliable follow-through during your agreed working hours

Experience with SaaS products, real estate platforms, help-desk tools, or AI-assisted support is a plus. Relevant practical work experience is required.

What good work looks like

Customers receive accurate and useful answers. Conversations needing a person are handled promptly, escalations contain clear context, and recurring gaps are captured so the support experience keeps improving.

Compensation and work format

Total monthly compensation: USD 1,000, including salary and bonus. The salary/bonus split and bonus criteria will be agreed before joining; the total monthly budget is USD 1,000.

Fully remote, full-time: 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day. The exact working days and hours will be agreed before joining. Open to candidates worldwide.

1. Screen Recording

Approximately 60 minutes of gameplay with:

• Full screen recording
