Locations

Remote work is our default.
We also have an office in Kyiv, and team members are expected to be available to work onsite there when needed.

The interview process

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 3 steps:

1. Technical interview: you present a personal project or one of your prior involvements from end to end, with our team asking targeted questions
2. Pair-Programming Session: you collaborate with one of our engineers on a practical task. We focus on problem-solving approach, communication, code structure, and how you reason about changes in real time.
3. Feedback: you will receive feedback about the technical conversation either in written form or through a call

Now we’re looking for a person who will take ownership of client communication, discovery calls, and coordination of the lead generation team.

This role is about keeping the pipeline active, structured, and high-quality.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor new job posts on Upwork using our filters
• Identify relevant projects based on budget, niche, and fit
• Write and send personalized proposals
• Communicate with clients in Upwork chat after they respond
• Qualify leads and clarify project scope and goals
• Lead discovery calls with potential clients
• Choose the right company profile and case studies for each opportunity
• Maintain an active and organized pipeline in CRM / Google Sheets
• Coordinate junior lead generators and support their work
• Ensure consistent quality of proposals and client communication
• Work with Sales and Tech teams to clarify project requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with Upwork (lead generation, proposals, or sales)
• Ability to talk to clients and lead calls confidently
• Understanding of how IT / agency services are sold
