• You have experience with product marketing or sales enablement
• You’re comfortable supporting both strategic projects and hands-on marketing execution
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and tasks with care
• You’re curious, eager to learn, and motivated to build a strong understanding of the product
• You understand how digital marketing and tracking ecosystems work in practice
• You have experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or a strong willingness to learn

Key tasks:

• Run and support B2B marketing initiatives (general and industry-specific)
• Plan campaigns: audience research, messaging, and coordination with the performance team
• Create and optimize landing pages
• Create and improve sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, use cases)
• Develop marketing content (guides, playbooks, PDFs)
• Support co-marketing initiatives and partner activities
• Manage and improve our presence on review platforms
• Work closely with sales, product, design, and content teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in analytics / tracking / martech space
• Experience working with enterprise or agency audiences

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager who will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals — and help grow our presence in international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Active lead generation in the B2B segment via Upwork, Clutch,  email outreach, LinkedIn and other platforms.
   
• Initiating first contact, conducting online meetings, and presenting company services to potential clients.
   

• Preparing personalized commercial proposals, participating in negotiations, and supporting deals until closing.

   

• Developing and executing strategies for new client acquisition and building long-term relationships.
   
• Market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new niches and opportunities.
   

• Collaborating with marketing and technical teams to create strong proposals and marketing materials.

   

• Achieving sales targets and providing regular performance reports.
  
   

Requirements:

• At least 2,5  years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry (web / mobile development).
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written communication with international clients).
• Strong skills in cold sales, negotiations, and objection handling.
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Experience selling outsourcing / outstaffing services.
• Experience working with US / EU clients.
• Understanding of web / mobile development process.
• Self-organization, analytical thinking, and result-oriented mindset.
