• Project Description:

  As a support engineer, you will be first point of user engagement, providing thoughtful day-to-day comprehensive technical support to users from initial challenge through resolution. Our client is looking for a Java Full‑Stack Developer to help accelerate product development for their flagship workforce management solution, HotSchedules Labor. You’ll work in a collaborative, international team with developers and QA engineers from Ukraine, Latin America, and the US. The role

We’re looking for a proactive, highly structured B2B Business Development Manager with a true builder mindset. You will create pipeline, drive full-cycle sales, and help turn early traction into a repeatable go-to-market engine.

   Experience selling financial infrastructure or products to businesses: banking services, crypto payments/rails, payouts, cross-border transfers, corporate finance tools, treasury/FX, payment processing, etc.

3. Selling to Mobile App Owners (Subscription & Monetization B2B)

   Experience selling B2B solutions to mobile app founders/owners/CMOs/Heads of Growth (subscription apps): monetization, payments, analytics, growth tooling, retention stacks, or related infrastructure.

If you don’t have deep experience in at least one of these three domains, this role is likely not a fit.

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → commercial terms → close → handoff.
• Build a repeatable outbound engine: ICP segmentation, lists, multi-touch sequences (email/LinkedIn/communities/partners), iteration via metrics.
• Run structured discovery and sell outcomes (impact, ROI, risk reduction, speed, predictability), not feature lists.
