    Requirements:

    • Willingness to work from Cyprus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
    • 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry or in a high-volume product company
    • Proven experience in scaling a business globally, entering new markets, or expanding market share in existing ones
    • Proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets
    • Deep understanding of the CFD and forex trading industry, including products, services, and regulatory landscape will be a plus
    • Strong track record of team leadership, including hiring and performance management
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with partners and clients, and support business development efforts
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Advanced English and Ukrainian level both verbal and written is must
