Our Mission and Vision At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve....

    Our Mission and Vision

At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

Why are we introducing Product UX/Product Experience Role

At Solidgate, product quality is not defined only by features shipped — it’s defined by how clearly customers understand our product, how confidently they use it, and how well it fits into their real-world workflows.

As we scale, UX and Product Experience direction becomes a strategic function, not just a design layer.
We’re introducing this role to ensure that customer insight, product design, and user experience are deeply embedded into how product decisions are made — not added after delivery.

This role is about shaping how customers experience Solidgate end-to-end — from first demo to daily usage and long-term value.

    What You Will Own

    — Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
    — Design as a system, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
    — Customer insight & feedback loop: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
    — UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives, ensuring product clarity and consistency
    — Experience-driven roll-out of new features: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
    — Close collaboration with Product Managers to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
    — Leadership of the Product Design function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
    — Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in a fintech environment

    What Makes This Role Different

    — This is not a purely visual or UI role
    — This is not a support function for PMs or Sales
    — This is a product leadership role, focused on experience, clarity, and customer value

You will influence what we build, how we build it, and how customers perceive it.

    Team Setup

    You will directly lead:
    — Product Design Team

    You will work closely with:
    — Product Managers
    — Sales, Merchant Operations, and Integration teams

Your lead & mentor: Artem Sadurskyy, Chief Product Officer

    Our Ideal Candidate

    — Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
    — Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
    — Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
    — Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable product experiences
    — Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
    — Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as the company scales

    Tools & Environment

    — Figma
    — Jira, Confluence or Notion
    — Customer feedback & analytics tools
    — Close collaboration with engineering and product teams

The Points That Make You Stand Out

    — Experience in fintech, payments, or complex B2B products
    — Experience working with sales-led or demo-driven products
    — Strong understanding of customer onboarding, adoption, and retention flows

    Why Join Solidgate?
    High-impact role. You’re not inheriting a perfect system — you’re building one.
Great product. We’ve built a fintech powerhouse that scales fast. Solidgate isn’t just an orchestration player — it’s the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses. From subscriptions to chargeback management, fraud prevention, and indirect tax — we’ve got it covered.
Part of Endeavor — a global community of the world’s most impactful entrepreneurs. We’re proud to be the first payment orchestrator from Europe to join — and to share our expertise within a network of outstanding global companies.
Massive growth opportunity. Solidgate is scaling rapidly — this role will be a career-defining move.
Top-tier tech team. Work alongside our driving force — a proven, results-driven engineering team that delivers. We’re also early adopters of cutting-edge fraud and chargeback prevention technologies from the Schemes.
Modern engineering culture. TBDs, code reviews, solid testing practices, metrics, alerts, and fully automated CI/CD.

    About the Team and Role

We’re looking for a Middle / Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our Risk Systems team and work on Chargebackhit — a Solidgate product focused on fraud and chargeback prevention, as well as dispute management for merchants worldwide.

Chargebackhit handles a complex ecosystem of integrations with banks and payment systems: from receiving prevention and fraud notifications to importing chargebacks from multiple external sources and supporting full representment flows. The system also includes a dedicated merchant admin hub, where clients manage disputes and track their cases.

At Solidgate, quality is built in, not tested in later.

We don’t have manual QA roles — automation engineers are full-fledged contributors to product quality. You’ll be involved early in feature planning, risk analysis, and design discussions, helping teams make better decisions before code reaches production.

We believe in engineering ownership. There are no “click-through” QA roles here — every engineer is accountable for quality. You’ll build confidence in releases through meaningful test coverage, stable and fast automation, and clear CI feedback in a system where correctness truly matters.

You’ll work on a high-impact product with many dependencies and frequent changes, where good automation isn’t just helpful — it’s critical.

Explore our technology stack ➡️ https://solidgate-tech.github.io/.

    What you’ll drive

    — Define meaningful test coverage: analyze features, risks, and technical complexity to focus on what truly matters

    — Create checklists that actually make sense — not just template-based cases, but a clear and practical automation plan that helps catch bugs where it truly matters.

    — Build fast and stable automated tests that provide instant feedback in CI

    — Maintain and improve existing automation as the product evolves

    — Improve and extend the automation framework and tooling

    — Ensure confidence in product quality — help the team quickly see where issues are and ship features without fear, even on a Friday.

You’re a great fit if you have

    — 3+ years of experience in test automation and programming

    — Strong knowledge of Java

    — Hands-on experience with TestNG, Selenide, Retrofit, Test Management Systems (TMS)

    — Solid background in API and UI test automation

    — High level of ownership and independence

    — Initiative and readiness to improve processes and tooling

    Nice to have

    — Experience in fintech or high-load systems

    — Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing challenges

    Why Solidgate?

    High-impact role. You’re not inheriting a perfect system — you’re building one.

Great product. We’ve built a fintech powerhouse that scales fast. Solidgate isn’t just an orchestration player — it’s the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses. From subscriptions to chargeback management, fraud prevention, and indirect tax — we’ve got it covered. We’re looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a short-term project focused on structured data processing and integrations. The product processes large volumes of documents and timesheets (CSV/Excel/PDF), applies data normalization, and uses OCR/AI handwriting recognition to extract information that is then matched and synced with Salesforce.

This role is ideal for someone strong in API/integration testing, comfortable validating data quality and matching logic, and able to support UAT and quality documentation in a fast-moving environment.

    Contract Details

    • Duration: 12 weeks (Feb–Apr 2026)
    • Start: Early February 2026
    • Workload:
      • Month 1: Part-time (20h/week)
      • Months 2–3: Full-time (40h/week)
    • Time zone: CET
    • English: B1–B2
    • Format: White-label

    Responsibilities

    • Test structured data ingestion and processing (CSV, Excel, PDF) and verify data normalization rules.
    • Validate OCR/AI handwriting recognition results for accuracy and edge cases.
    • Test Salesforce integrations, including sync flows and matching algorithms.
    • Perform load and volume testing (targeting 50,000+ timesheets/week) and report performance risks.
    • Support UAT: prepare test scenarios, assist business users, and verify fixes.
    • Maintain defect tracking, test evidence, and quality documentation.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of QA experience (manual-focused), ideally on data-heavy or integration-heavy products.
    • Strong API testing skills (Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON; ability to write and validate requests/responses).
    • Experience with integration testing across systems (data mapping, validation rules, error handling).
    • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) from a QA perspective.
    • Ability to write basic scripts for testing/support activities (e.g., data checks, payload generation).

    Nice to Have

    • Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (flows, objects, integrations, data validation).
    • Prior exposure to OCR / AI-assisted extraction validation.
