Role Details

The goal of this role is to become a reliable writing partner for the Content Manager — someone who can consistently produce strong captions, hooks, scripts, and written content that improves engagement and communicates the value behind our projects.

What will you do?

• Write captions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Work closely with the Content Manager and follow the provided content plans, briefs, and storytelling direction
• Create strong hooks and opening lines designed to capture attention quickly
• Write short-form scripts or talking points for videos when needed
• Turn construction updates, project progress, and raw ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand content
• Adapt writing style depending on the type of content:

• Help maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all platforms
