Responsibilities:
• Create advertising and promotional motion videos for social media, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, and feed ads;
• Analyze briefs, communication goals, audience information, references, and project requirements before starting production;
• Research relevant references, trends, and visual approaches when needed;
• Contribute to creative concepts and explore solutions through sketching, storyboards, styleframes, or animatics when appropriate;
• Create 2D animations in Adobe After Effects, including typography, transitions, kinetic text, basic VFX, and logo/product animations;
• Edit and adapt existing footage, brand assets, graphics, and UGC into engaging social media creatives;
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance assets and video fragments and integrate them into Motion Design and video production workflows;
• Iterate creatives based on briefs, feedback, creative direction, and brand requirements;
• Adapt creatives and prepare multiple versions for different channels and placements, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9;
• Prepare and export final files for publishing according to technical requirements;
• Meet agreed deadlines and communicate progress, blockers, and changes early;
• Maintain organized project files and follow established brand guidelines;
• Learn from feedback and available performance data to continuously improve future creatives.

• Experience with AI image or video generation tools and generative workflows such as image-to-video, video-to-video, or AI-assisted editing;

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to serve as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program, leading a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning. You will facilitate shift hand-offs with peer leads across timezones, own regional technical escalations, perform secure code reviews, and drive 24-hour delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise environment. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python depth and technical leadership acumen.

What you will do

• Lead a localized, cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists, ensuring continuous feature momentum across the 24-hour cycle.
• Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer SDMs in other timezones to maintain 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee the technical delivery of core workstreams, including Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for regional technical challenges, performing secure code reviews and guiding infrastructure architecture.

Must haves

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, with strong technical leadership or engineering management acumen.
• Deep expertise in Python.
