Our dispatcher team is the heart of daily operations. Now we arelooking for a focused, calm, and very responsible Dispatcher to join us. This role is not only about operations support — for strong performers, it also includes the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position as the company continues to scale.

You will work with drivers, clients, and our internal team — and make sure everything moves smoothly (literally).
 

Conditions & Requirements

• Remote job: You need a laptop or PC with two monitors, stable internet, and a headset.
• Salary: $1,000-$1,300/month during the trial period (2 months). After the trial period: $1,400-$1,800/month. Salary range will depend on your competencies, relevant experience, and results during the trial period.
• Schedule in high season (May-September):11:00 AM — 9:00 PM EST (18:00 — 04:00 Kyiv time), Monday to Saturday (more often will be 2 days off per week). Lunch break: 30 minutes (flexible time during the shift).
• English level A2+ — You must understand clients and give calm and clear answers when something changes.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is not just about «assigning drivers.» This role means being the pulse of operations during peak evening hours. You’ll have to make fast decisions, manage incoming requests, solve non-standard situations, and stay calm when others panic.

Your day (or evening) may look like this:

• Assigning moving jobs based on drivers, locations, and equipment needed.
• Planning routes that avoid traffic, delays, and chaos.
• Constant communication with drivers: updates, questions, solutions.
• Minimal communication with clients: mostly for schedule changes and support.
• Work in CRM: update order statuses, add comments, process payments, check pricing, fines, toll roads, and vehicle maintenance alerts.
• Solve urgent issues with a service-first approach.
• Suggest improvements so we can work faster and better.

This is a key backfill position within a distributed engineering organization, offering the opportunity to influence the company's technical direction and shape next-generation AI-powered systems.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior AI-Native Solutions Architect / System Architect who can think beyond traditional software development and design scalable, intelligent systems powered by modern AI technologies.

You will lead a small engineering team, work closely with the Director of Engineering, and take ownership of architectural decisions related to AI agents, backend infrastructure, security, and platform scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve large-scale distributed systems with an AI-native architecture approach.
• Lead architecture decisions across backend services, AI orchestration, and platform infrastructure.
• Design and implement AI agent ecosystems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, memory management, and workflow automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small engineering team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define technical strategy and execution plans.
• Establish architectural best practices, security standards, and scalable development processes.

• Oversee infrastructure design and environment setup while ensuring reliability and security.

   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior System Architect, Solutions Architect, or Principal Engineer.
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design complex systems and drive technical strategy.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native solutions and working with:
  • AI agent orchestration
  • Agent tooling and skill development
  • Memory management systems
  • Modern AI application architectures
• Strong backend engineering background with:
  • Java
  • PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, security tooling, and environment management.
• Familiarity with platforms and services such as Cloudflare or similar security solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with New York (EST).

AI isn't a "feature on the side" for us — it's how we build the product and how we work. The platform already has AI flows running in production: an assistant wizard, image/sound/video generation, AI assistance, and knowledge-base search. This direction will only grow — and the developer here doesn't "steer clear of AI," but builds features on top of it and actively uses it in their own work.

What Matters to Us (the AI part)

• Understanding how AI agents are built: LLM + tool/function calling, orchestration of steps, passing context, handling the model's structured output (not "just chat")
• A basic grasp of integrating LLMs via API (Anthropic/OpenAI, etc.): prompting, structured output, streaming, token limits and costs
• The idea of RAG and working with a knowledge base (embeddings, context, retrieval) — at least at the level of "I understand why and how, I know this exists, and I'll dig in if needed"
• A sane attitude toward AI: you know about hallucinations, validating responses, and human-in-the-loop for high-stakes actions
• You use AI tools in daily development (AI coding assistants, code generation) — and understand their limits, rather than blindly pasting generated output

What You'll Be Doing

• Building features end-to-end: from React UI to RLS policies and edge functions in Supabase
• Working with complex client-side state: React Query (caching, invalidation, polling), realtime subscriptions, syncing the UI with asynchronous backend operations
• Integrating external services via API (RGS, billing), handling webhooks
• Writing SQL migrations, understanding RLS and access control without breaking them
• Fixing "subtle" state bugs (leaks between entities, race conditions, cache-vs-server desync)
• Participating in code review, maintaining a consistent style and project conventions

What We Expect From You

• Commercial experience with React + Next + TypeScript (several projects / 2–4 years); you confidently take a feature all the way to production on your own
• A solid understanding of state management and data fetching (React Query): cache, keys, invalidation, optimistic updates, polling
• Experience with REST/RPC APIs, asynchronous flows, and error handling
• Basic-to-confident SQL and an understanding of relational databases; experience with Postgres/Supabase is a big plus
• You understand why code works (component lifecycle, closures, remounts, side effects)
