Infineon’s Power System IC (PSI) Software Development team is seeking a Principal Firmware Engineer to contribute to the design and development of embedded firmware for our advanced DC/DC power conversion ICs. What You’ll Be Driving:

• Participating in the improvement and development of automated access management processes. Proposing and implementing changes to optimise the access management service;
• Adding new systems and keeping existing systems up to date in Access Flow. Updating the list of roles, sub-roles, and any other entities managing rights in the service. Taking part in the improvement of Access Flow. Approving of access according to the SLA;
• Processing requests for granting/changing/removing access in compliance with the SLA timeframe;
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with the process of processing access tickets;

• Describing and updating the role model in services. Developing and implementing procedures in the Company in the field of access rights management.

   

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in managing autonomous system projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management with experience in the government sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to successfully oversee and deliver complex solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams in the UA and Switzerland to understand performance requirements and customer expectations. You will be a champion of quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards by working onsite with the manufacturing teams to set up the production lines and test fixtures. Your role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:
 

• You will focus your time on project planning and execution. Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• In order to do this, you will effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of defense projects.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing issues to minimize project risks.
• You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to provide project status, updates, and milestones, as well as address concerns and inquiries.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met by optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement design improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support, resolve manufacturing issues, and optimize production processes to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Ensure smooth ramp-up and scale-up of manufacturing operations
   

Qualifications and Skills:
 

• 3+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience working with and delivering robotic systems, preferably UAS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in project planning, development, and execution, with the ability to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments to deliver successful defense projects.
