You’ll thrive if you have:
Degree in Analytics, Communications, Marketing, or Social Sciences
5+ years in CMI, social listening, or crisis monitoring
Experience with tools like Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar
Strong storytelling & structured reporting skills
High English proficiency (other languages a plus)
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and situational awareness

Intro

ITSUA is a web development agency that builds a wide range of sites and web applications for clients worldwide. We’re seeking a skilled, self-motivated developer who can adapt quickly to new contexts and work effectively both independently and within a small, cross-functional team.

General

• Commercial experience
• Deep understanding of how Internet and web apps work
• English: B2 level or higher for spoken communication
• Proven self-discipline: plan your day, meet deadlines, and switch context smoothly

Must-have (Backend: .NET)

• ASP.NET Core (Web API)
• C# (OOP, LINQ, async/await)
• Entity Framework Core (or any ORM used)
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs
• SQL (MS SQL Server, Solid SQL fundamentals, joins, indexes, transactions)
• Confident Git usage
• Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2)

Nice-to-have (Frontend, DevOps)

• Production experience with microservices / clean architecture
• Ability to design REST APIs from scratch (Open API, pagination, etc.)
• React.js (with Hooks and functional components)
• JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), responsive design, Bootstrap, SASS
• REST API integration
• Component state management (React Context, Redux, or Zustand)
• Docker and containerization experience
• Basic DevOps familiarity (CI/CD through Azure Devops)
