Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help design, build, and evolve core product functionality across frontend, backend, and data layers.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will work closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end, from API design to UI behavior to data correctness.

This role is not about managing people. It is about shipping high-quality software in a complex, data-driven environment.
 

What You Will Do

• Design and build end-to-end product features, from UI to backend logic to database interactions

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Backend Python Developer with strong potential to become part of our global team!

About you:
— At least 3 years of experience as a Back End Developer.
— Experience with Python/Django/DRF.
— Experience working with Docker.
— Experience writing unit tests.
— Good problem solving, technical and data analysis skills.
— Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.

Will be a plus:
— Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
— Experience working with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis.
— Experience working with Cloud Services (Google Cloud Platform, AWS).

About your responsibilities:
— Working in an international distributed team in an Agile environment.
— Designing and developing new product features as well as improving existing ones.
— Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.
— Write unit tests, API documentation in swagger.
— Participating in product discussion meetings and technical decisions.

We’re looking for a senior QA engineer who wants to own quality as a domain, not just execute test cases. This is a foundational role: you’ll shape how we think about testing, automation, and reliability in a fast-moving product environment.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end quality ownership for the product
• Decisions on what to test, how, and why (manual vs automation, risk-driven)
• A lean QA system that evolves with the product — not process for its own sake
• Automation focused on revenue-critical flows, regressions, and integrations
• Continuous improvement of reliability and testability together with engineers
• AI-assisted workflows to move faster and see blind spots earlier

How you’ll work (tools & stack)

• Test APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, async flows)
• Use tools like Postman / Insomnia for exploration and validation
• Write automation and test utilities in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Use SQL to validate data, business logic, and real production behavior
• Build API and E2E automation (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Run tests in CI with fast feedback and practical reporting
