    What you’ll be working on:

    • Design intuitive, engaging, and beautiful user interfaces.
    • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
    • Work closely with product and engineering to ship features that improve learning and retention.
    • Approach design with empathy, always keeping the user’s perspective in mind.
    • Contribute to product direction with ideas grounded in UX best practices.

    About you:

    • 5+ years of experience as a designer (3 years in graphic design and 2 years in product design).
    • Mastery of Figma: components, variables, auto layout, text styles, responsive design, and 2025 best practices.
    • Strong experience with design systems and component libraries.
    • Excellent UX skills and ability to empathize with users.
    • Outstanding visual design — you make interfaces not just usable, but beautiful.
    • Proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills.
    • Proficient in English.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Background in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with gamification or habit-forming features.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and image generation.

    Overview 

    This is a hands-on backend engineering position for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems at scale. You will design and implement new features, model complex business logic, and optimize performance for high-traffic SaaS. You’ll work directly with senior engineers in small, international teams without management layers — shipping real improvements every sprint. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    Implement backend features in Laravel to power scheduling and forecasting products. 

    Design and maintain REST APIs used by a modern Vue.js (Nuxt) frontend. 

    Optimize MySQL schema, queries, and migrations for scale and performance. 

    Work with Redis, queues, and Horizon for background processing. 

    Write automated tests, perform code reviews, and ensure system reliability. 

    Participate in sprint cycles, delivering outcomes directly visible to end users. 

     

    Requirements 

    Must-have: 

    5+ years of professional Laravel experience building multi-tenant or high-traffic SaaS apps. 

    Strong PHP/Laravel fundamentals (Eloquent performance, migrations, profiling, Redis, Horizon). 

    Solid MySQL expertise: schema design, indexing, query tuning, large-scale migrations. 

    Proven track record with REST API design and implementation. 

    Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. University degree in Computer Science or related field. 

     

    Nice to have: 

    Experience with scheduling, optimization, or forecasting concepts. 

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools. 

    Basic understanding of Vue.js or Nuxt to collaborate with frontend developers.

    Delivering technical support for one of the biggest company clients, which provides hosting services for their end-users. Maintaining shared hosting platform, customer support is provided for hosting related questions, e.g. email services, web and database concerns, DNS issues, in-house applications for hosting services (FTP, email, databases and DNS) management and in-house and custom built (cPanel, Plesk) control panels.

    Working Schedule:

    Mon-Fri 23:30-8:30

     

    Location: remote within Ukraine

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customers’ request (in quick and efficient manner)
    • Provide technical assistance with platform Web applications
    • Troubleshoot web and email issues
    • Provide support, following procedural documentation/templates
    • Set up email accounts in Mail Clients and deal with login/acсess issues
    • Work continuously on a task until completion
    • Check the status of the problem and provide customer with the updates
