About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow revenue and scale our company. This role is focused on growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and new market opportunities. You will work closely with the Product team and other departments to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels. We are especially interested in people who bring channels or approaches we haven't tried yet. We'll jointly decide which directions are most worth pursuing for the period, and from there work can be independent or in close collaboration with the team, depending on the channel. 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities

• Map market opportunities and prioritize high-potential segments

• Clarify pain points and needs of target audiences

• Identify underutilized channels, design an approach to test them, and scale what works

• Bring channels or approaches from your own experience that we haven’t tried yet

2. Drive direct B2B sales

• Shape offers for key segments together with the Product team

• Build and manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close

•  Build and run multi-touch outreach sequences - several touchpoints over days/weeks to the same lead - targeting DevOps teams, IT managers, and CTOs of SMBs

3. Develop partnerships

• Launch and grow referral and affiliate programs

• Build win-win integrations with complementary product/service providers

• Develop co-marketing, channel, and strategic partnerships

• Explore marketplace and reseller placements (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP marketplace, hosting marketplaces) where relevant to the product

 

Requirements

• 1+ years of independently managing a full B2B sales or business development cycle

• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach - email sequences, cold outreach. Has tested channels independently, not just used a ready-made system

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and apply effective sales strategies

• Experience launching a channel from scratch (one we may not be using yet) that delivered measurable results

• Experience defining target audiences, testing hypotheses, and identifying high-LTV segments

• Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and key commercial metrics

• Understanding of the product market fit

• Strong market research and competitor analysis skills

• Negotiation skills and ability to drive deals to closure

• Confident with AI tools, automation, and modern sales/growth stack

• Experience building and developing win-win partnerships

The Operations Manager oversees the Google Farming department responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality Google accounts and operational assets that support the company's media buying activities. The role is responsible for team performance, workflow optimization, quality control, SOP implementation, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead and manage the Google Farming team.
• Plan daily production targets and allocate workloads.
• Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Operations & Workflow

• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Optimize workflows to increase production capacity.
• Ensure operational consistency across all team members.

Quality Control

• Implement quality assurance processes for all Google Farming activities.
• Audit completed work to ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Reduce error rates through training and process improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track team KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Forecast staffing and production needs.

Training & Development

• Hire, onboard, and train new Google Farmers.

Job Description

Own end-to-end testing for an FDA-regulated Android application in diabetes care. You will design risk-based tests, automate critical user flows, and ship compliant, high-quality releases for global markets. Work closely with Android developers, QA, Product, and Regulatory as a senior individual contributor.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing, including mobile; 2+ years focused on Android.
• Good knowledge of testing methodology, test development, and test execution.
• Strong software skills in Python, with the ability to create and maintain automated tests in a custom client framework.
• Hands-on Android environment setup: Android Studio/SDK, emulators/devices, adb, Gradle; ability to perform one-time setup and ongoing
  maintenance.
• Version control and CI/CD: Git; ability to configure and run jobs in Jenkins/Bamboo (working with existing pipelines).
• Experience with test management and traceability in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with medical software regulations and standards (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA) and creating verification evidence.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test suites for the Android app using the client’s internal mobile test framework (custom, conceptually similar to common mobile automation stacks).
Create test plans, test cases, and test reports; define entry/exit and gating criteria for releases.
Build, stabilize, and monitor regression and smoke suites; ensure green builds and rapid failure isolation.
Configure and run automation in existing CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/Bamboo); investigate failures and triage defects with logs and artifacts.
Analyze requirements and influence design for testability; identify coverage gaps and add use cases accordingly.
Ensure end-to-end traceability and compliance-ready verification evidence in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Cyprus entities — mandatory requirement
• Big4 background is a strong plus
• Experience preparing companies for Big4 audit
• Proven experience in a financial role within an international IT company
• Hands-on experience with contractor payments, bulk transfers, and payment infrastructure
• Experience opening bank accounts and working with fintechs and payment processors
• Track record of passing compliance in financial institutions
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in AI tools, including Claude
