About the role
We're looking for a Technical Lead to take full ownership of a product vertical within one of our partner's teams through Cowchain's outstaffing model. The product is a fintech/DeFi platform—a decentralized financial ecosystem merging traditional banking with blockchain and AI, used by 70,000+ paying clients across 40+ countries.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll design architecture, write code, manage a team of 5+ engineers, and collaborate directly with the CTO and founders.

About the Mission

We are building an AI-driven payments ecosystem designed to transform a $50B industry still dominated by slow, legacy processors. As Head of ISO, your mission is to architect, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine.
