About Role

As an SMM Manager,  you will be responsible for developing and managing the brand’s social media presence in Ukraine.

We are currently at the launch stage and building the key business functions, so we are looking for an AML Lead who will become one of the company’s key experts in financial monitoring, AML/CFT, and compliance risk management.

✅ Key Responsibilities

AML/CFT and Financial Monitoring

• Build, implement, and maintain the financial monitoring system in line with Ukrainian legislation.
• Monitor client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and atypical user behavior.

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients.

We're looking for a Head of Outbound Sales to build and scale iSpeedToLead's outbound motion from zero, with a focus on large accounts, multi-seat deals, and annual contracts. You'll define the target account list, close the first deals yourself, build the playbook, and then hire and lead the team behind it. This role exists to turn outbound into a predictable revenue engine with a clear target - $250K/month in outbound-driven revenue within 6 months.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build the outbound sales motion from scratch - target accounts, messaging, sequences, qualification criteria, sales process, and reporting

Define and prioritize the account list for large-account acquisition, including account scoring, tiering, territory logic, and buying-committee mapping

Run 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, direct mail, and trigger-based outreach
