Responsibilities
 

• Analyze user behavior on websites
• Work with Google Analytics data
• Review sessions and heatmaps in Microsoft Clarity
• Identify issues in the user journey and conversion funnel
• Conduct UX audits of key pages
• Develop hypotheses to improve conversion rates
• Provide recommendations to improve page structure and usability
• Evaluate the impact of implemented changes
   

Requirements
 

• Experience with web analytics tools
• Understanding of UX/UI and user behavior
• Understanding of conversion funnels and marketing metrics
• Strong analytical thinking

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can quickly analyze markets, identify growth opportunities, and scale products efficiently. This role is not about theoretical strategies or year-long planning, we need someone who works with metrics, experiments, and real results.

Responsibilities

• Quickly analyze the market, competitors, and target audience
• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the product
• Identify the product’s unique positioning and messaging

• Work closely with product and design teams to improve product presentation and market fit
