We're a Western team running direct response products across US markets — gadgets, health, bizopp. We buy serious volumes of traffic on Meta and Google and we build the products behind it ourselves. Right now we're scaling into web subscription products and building out a dedicated team around them.

We're not a corporate structure with five approval layers. Decisions happen fast, products go live fast, and the people who make them work get real ownership and real money. Whether you've run entire product portfolios or you've been a strong operator inside a bigger team — we want to talk.

The role

We're hiring across levels for web subscription funnels — Genesis-style web products. Depending on your experience, you'll own more or less of this scope:

• Product. Quiz funnels (long, 30–50 step flows), paywalls, checkout, onboarding, members area, subscription logic. At senior level you take a product from concept to live and converting. At mid level you build and iterate on products with guidance on the strategy.

• Conversion optimisation. Funnel analytics, drop-off analysis, A/B testing, landing and paywall iterations. You know how to read the numbers and turn them into changes that lift CR. If you already know from experience what works and what NOT to test — even better, that's senior territory and we pay for it. We're not interested in re-learning what the market has already proven.

• Upsell and monetisation. Post-purchase upsell flows, subscription tiers and pricing, trial structures, rebill logic, churn reduction, LTV optimisation. You understand that the front-end sale is only the start of the economics.

• Traffic strategy. Working directly with our media buyers. At senior level: telling them which platforms to buy on, which angles and creative strategies to run, and what the funnel needs from the traffic side — you've done this before and buyers listen to you. At mid level: supporting the buyers with product-side input and learning that side of the business.

• AI-first workflow. You use AI tools daily — for building funnels, writing copy, generating creatives, analysing data. We work AI-first across the whole company. This is non-negotiable at every level; if you're doing everything manually, this isn't the place.

What we look for

• Hands-on experience with web subscription products — as owner, product manager, or strong operator inside a team running them

• Understanding of Genesis-style funnel mechanics: long quiz flows, paywall psychology, subscription economics, retention• Benchmark data in your head: what a good funnel CR, trial-to-paid rate, refund rate and LTV look like in the verticals you've worked. The more of this you bring, the more senior the role and the pay — because it means we skip months of expensive testing

• Experience with (or strong interest in) the traffic side: how media buying decisions and product decisions feed each other

• Comfortable in an aggressive, data-driven, direct response environment — we move fast and measure everything

The role

We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
• Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage
• Own ongoing optimization: bids, placements, budgets, negatives, search term harvesting, dayparting where relevant
• Run structured monthly performance reviews per account and translate them into concrete next actions
• Develop and document playbooks/SOPs so the approach scales beyond you

• 4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple accounts in parallel (agency, aggregator, or freelance portfolio)
• Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
• Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
• Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)
• Comfortable reading search term reports, SQP data, and category dynamics — and drawing your own conclusions

Midas is a trading app for Base — and for the EVM chains that come after it. Traders use it to find new tokens early and trade them fast, through the web app and through our Telegram bot. It's live and people use it daily.

We're small and early. I'm looking for a founding engineer: someone who takes ownership of the product end to end rather than a slice of it.

What the role is

You'd own the technical side of Midas with me — frontend, backend, the data layer, and the calls about what we build and how. Not tickets handed down. You'd be deciding a lot of it, and shipping it.

What you'd work on

The trading path: quotes, routing, execution, and the latency of all three. This is the product, and speed is most of it.

Real-time market data — Bun + Hono + Socket.IO streaming to the web app and the bot.

Analytics over ClickHouse: wallet PnL, smart-money tracking, holder analysis. The database is 3+ TB and grows with every block, so how you shape a query matters.

The interface traders actually live in — Next.js, real-time, dense.

Multichain: we're adding a second chain now, and more after it.

The problems here are real-time and data-shaped. How fast can we see a new token, how fast can we get someone into it, and how do we compute useful things over a lot of on-chain data without it getting slow.

What we need from you

Solid SQL and an instinct for why a query is slow.

You've built something real-time or latency-sensitive before.

Working knowledge of EVM: reading on-chain logs, decoding calldata, and you know what a swap, a pool and a wallet actually are.

Responsibilities:

• Create video ads for mobile apps to run on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok;

• Write concepts and scenarios;

• Prepare and animate photo and video materials;

• Find and produce content;

• Deal with editing, keying, tracking, and color correction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design;

• Experience with mobile app ads;

• A feel for the rhythm and timing of animation;

• Understanding of composition and design principles;

• Experience with Adobe products such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager you will take part in managing our app's BeautyUp direct marketing activity. You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in driving the growth and success of BeautyUp's user base through strategic acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various paid media channels;
• Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies;
• Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth;
• Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs;
• Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate;
• Collaborate with internal creative team to create assets for campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing significant monthly direct marketing budgets ($100K and up) on Meta Ads;
• Experience with data analysis & marketing data platforms such as Power BI - a must;
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel / Google spreadsheet skills;
• Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player;
• Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions;
• Understanding of subscription-based business models - a plus;
• High level of English.
