Business Analyst

• One or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Direct experience working with clients to capture requirements and translating them for developers.
• Practical, day-to-day experience using AI tools in your work — not just awareness, but real usage.
• High flexibility and a genuine drive to learn fast, given how quickly AI is reshaping the field. Every day brings new tools and changes, and you should want to keep up.
• Willingness to adapt and change as the technology and business landscape evolve.
• Solid expertise in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business, user, and system requirements.
• Hands-on experience working with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and close collaboration with development teams.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.
