• Deep expertise in at least 2 of: Agentic Orchestration & Tool-Calling, Advanced RAG, Automated Evaluation & Testing
• BSc in Computer Science or related field; MSc preferred

We are Wix's Data Science CTO Office team, a small group of researchers and engineers. We collaborate with various groups at Wix and the CEO on innovative research projects. Some projects aim to enhance Wix products with new features, while others focus on strategic research areas that can provide Wix with a competitive advantage.

Recruiter (US Telecom Market)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter / Lead Generator to join our growing HR team.

As an in-house recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring cable technicians across the US market, supporting a fast-scaling team of 300+ contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and pre-screening of candidates for open positions
• Use multiple sourcing channels (Facebook, job boards, professional platforms)
• Conduct online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Communicate with candidates, coordinate offers, and assist with onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate data in CRM, prepare reports for the Team Lead
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to close positions efficiently
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in recruitment or lead generation
• Experience hiring for the US market
• English level: B2+
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong sourcing skills (Facebook and other channels)
• Willingness to make 20+ cold calls per day
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York time)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in telecom / networking / VoIP / ISP
• Experience hiring technical roles
