We're looking for an L&D Manager to build the learning and development function at True Group from the ground up. There is no existing LMS, no structured onboarding tracks, no co-funding process — you'll design and launch all of it, then own it long-term.

This is a role for someone who believes that learning is a business driver, not an HR add-on. You'll work closely with HR Operations, team leads and managers across all our structure to identify what people need to grow — and then build the infrastructure and programmes to make it happen. Your work will directly impact how fast new employees get up to speed, how managers develop their teams, and how the company retains its best people.

• Select, configure and launch the LMS platform: define requirements, structure the content catalogue, integrate with PeopleForce and Notion, and keep it running

About the project:

A retail business in the United States is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) with LS Central — and they need someone who can own the functional side of that implementation.
