Product Overview:
The Platform Team supports the companyβs product teams by providing a robust and reliable infrastructure layer that enables them to focus on building features and delivering value to end-users. Our primary 'product' is the platform itself, which encompasses Azure cloud services, identity management, DevOps tooling, and operational monitoring. This platform aims to resolve the complex challenges of resource provisioning, security, deployment, and scalability, ensuring a smooth flow of delivery while balancing standardization with flexibility. By treating the platform as a product, we continuously improve it based on feedback from product teams, addressing issues such as infrastructure bottlenecks, integration hurdles, and the need for consistent training and documentation to empower teams across the organization.
Important Note: Candidates must demonstrate prior knowledge of CUCollaborateβs platform, tools, and services, and are expected to research and familiarize themselves with the organization before applying.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET back-end applications.
- Develop synchronization tools between our products and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data integration and consistency.
- Build and maintain NuGet packages to streamline interactions with identity providers, focusing on security and ease of use.
- Design and implement tools for data maintenance, supporting data integrity and governance across multiple product-related datasets.
- Taking over responsibilities for suite of tools that has been developed by Platform Team for Product Teams
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Platform Team Lead, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment and technical success.
- Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization to ensure tool reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay proactive in understanding business requirements and customer needs to drive relevant, impactful solutions.
- Assist marketing and development teams with development of Public Facing components through Low-Code solutions.
Position Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, with experience in creating and maintaining back-end services.
- Experience with developing and publishing NuGet packages for streamlined integration.
- Solid experience in ASP.Net MVC, with knowledge of any of Angular, React, or Blazor being a plus, and a desire to learn the rest.
- Good understanding of identity providers and authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with HubSpot API or experience in integrating third-party APIs is a plus.
- Knowledge of data management and maintenance, including data integrity, security, and governance best practices is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
Experience with Azure services and tools for back-end and data maintenance is preferred.

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to improve the overall customer journey. You will collaborate with product managers, support teams, and marketers to ensure data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction.
This is a full-time role working under a contractor form of cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer interaction data using tools like Mixpanel and Segment to uncover patterns in user behavior and engagement.
- Map out customer touchpoints and identify pain points, friction areas, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess changes in user experience, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
- Collect and analyze feedback from various channels (support tickets, surveys, customer interviews) to understand customer needs and enhance product usability.
- Develop and monitor strategies to improve user retention, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to improve our customer experience approach.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and improve customer interactions.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as user churn, NPS (Net Promoter Score), customer engagement, and support effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Experience, Product Analysis, or Customer Insights role, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong expertise in Mixpanel (or similar product analytics tools) and Segment (for data integration and customer tracking).
- Experience in customer data analysis and deriving insights from behavioral data.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with customer feedback tools and interpreting user sentiment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects.
