Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
- Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
- Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
