We’re opening a Technical Assistant/ Junior Technical Specialist position to support our technical operations across events and internal projects. In this role, you’ll work with lighting, sound, video, and streaming systems in real-life setups while collaborating closely with an experienced Technical Administrator.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and test runs of lighting, sound, video, and live streaming equipment to ensure operational readiness.

About the Role

We are looking for a Risk & Fraud Specialist to join our iGaming team and help protect the business from fraud, abuse, and compliance risks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigations, data, patterns, and independent decision-making.

Fraud evolves daily — so we need someone who can think critically, act confidently, and doesn’t need constant instructions or hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player activity to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior (bonus abuse, multi-accounting, AML red flags).
• Review all first-time deposits (FTDs) daily and apply risk checks.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk and high-value players.
• Investigate player connections to identify syndicates, collusion, or affiliate-related fraud.
• Perform open-source checks (Google, social media, public data).
• Review and manage duplicate accounts, including locking/unlocking decisions.
• Handle player disputes and responsible gaming cases in line with company policies.
• Monitor responsible gaming behavior (deposit limits, self-exclusion) and escalate concerns when needed.

System / Business Analyst - Telecom Product Team

We’re looking for a System / Business Analyst to join our Telecom product team - the people behind developing and supporting our internal platforms.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, taking ownership from concept to production, and diving deep into new technical topics - this role is for you 🚀

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead new integrations - from idea to full production release (as part of the current product roadmap).
• Create technical documentation from scratch: BRDs, SRSs, API specs, and admin guides.
• Keep existing documentation relevant and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal client systems to define integration requirements.
• Build and maintain the product’s event library (event model) and knowledge base

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong experience documenting and structuring requirements using use cases, user stories, functional decomposition, and state modeling.
• Proficiency in UML (activity, sequence, state, use case, component diagrams).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and SMPP.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed, and practical technical documentation.
