Stage 1: First Two Months — Appointment Setting

By the end of the first two months, the minimum expected KPI is 20 qualified meetings per month, or approximately one meeting per workday.

Stage 2: Appointment Setting After the First Two Months
After the initial two-month period, compensation will include:
● $20 for every qualified meeting booked
● 5% commission on every sale generated from your meetings

At the minimum KPI of 20 meetings per month and a 35% close rate, estimated monthly earnings can reach approximately $1,275.
At 60 meetings per month, or approximately three meetings per workday, estimated monthly earnings can reach approximately $3,825.

Stage 3: Appointment Setting and Closing Sales
This stage is optional and available to team members who would like to advance, complete our internal training, and take responsibility for both booking meetings and conducting sales consultations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor international shipments at every stage to ensure on-time delivery and identify recurring delays or process bottlenecks;
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, messaging apps, and live chats;
• Contact customers to resolve non-standard situations, including delivery clarifications, customs data updates, and notifications regarding unsuccessful delivery attempts;
• Advise customers on services, pricing, basic customs regulations, and export/import procedures;
• Collaborate with internal teams and international colleagues to escalate and resolve complex cases, up to CEO level when necessary.
