The Role

You'll own top-of-funnel growth: prospecting outbound, and building a referral/partner channel (agencies, consultants, SaaS tools in our ecosystem) that feeds us qualified leads on an ongoing basis. What You'll Do

• Proven track record of booking meetings through outbound (not just working inbound leads)
• Experience building or working a partner/referral channel is a strong plus — if you've done it before, say so explicitly in your application

Опис
Ми шукаємо ASO Specialist, який буде відповідати за органічне зростання мобільних застосунків у Google Play. Ця роль передбачає повний цикл роботи з ASO: від аналізу ринку та пошуку точок росту до запуску експериментів, оцінки результатів і масштабування успішних рішень.
Ми очікуємо, що кандидат буде ключовим спеціалістом з ASO у команді, який здатний самостійно формувати гіпотези, приймати рішення на основі даних та впливати на ключові продуктові метрики.
Роль передбачає системний підхід до оптимізації сторінок застосунків: аналіз → гіпотеза → тестування → висновки → впровадження.

Ми шукаємо не виконавця окремих задач, а спеціаліста, який мислить категоріями результату. Людину, яка вміє знаходити можливості для росту, перевіряти гіпотези та системно покращувати показники застосунків через дані, експерименти та постійний пошук нових рішень.

Вимоги:

• Досвід у ASO від 3 років.
• Релевантний досвід саме з ASO для gambling-застосунків: щонайменше 1 рік практики за останній період.
• Практичний досвід: аналіз ринку, побудова стратегії, реалізація змін і оцінка впливу на показники.
• Розуміння принципів ранжування та факторів, що впливають на органічне зростання.
• Досвід роботи з ASO-інструментами (AppStoreSpy, ASO Mobile або аналогами).
• Самостійність, проактивність та високий рівень відповідальності за результат.
   

Обов'язки:

• Розробка та реалізація ASO-стратегії для мобільних застосунків у Google Play.
• ASO-оптимізація та просування gambling-застосунків у Google Play.
• Проведення keyword research та пошук нових можливостей для органічного зростання.
• Аналіз конкурентів, ринку та актуальних трендів.
• Формування та запуск A/B-тестів метаданих і графічних матеріалів.
• Оптимізація конверсії сторінок застосунків (Store Listing Conversion Rate).
• Моніторинг ключових ASO-метрик та підготовка аналітичних висновків.
• Взаємодія з проджект-менеджерами для реалізації ASO-ініціатив.
• Контроль проходження модерації та відповідності матеріалів вимогам Google Play.
• Пошук і впровадження нових підходів для підвищення видимості та конверсії застосунків.

Ми шукаємо Finance manager /  Treasury Specialist , який буде відповідати за своєчасне проведення платежів, контроль руху грошових коштів, роботу з банківськими системами та фінансовою документацією.

• Обробка заявок на витрачання грошових коштів.
• Перевірка та проведення платежів.
• Проведення платежів у 1С УТ BAS.
• Вивантаження платежів у платіжні системи ФОП.
• Робота з банківськими виписками.
• Контроль правильності проведення платежів та їх відображення в обліку.
• Додавання платіжних документів до відповідних заявок у 1С.
• Вивантаження заявок на оплату з 1С УТ BAS до програмного забезпечення для обробки заявок.
• Проведення платежів за підтвердженими та закритими заявками.
• Створення заявок на обмін валюти та конвертацію.
• Створення заявок на видачу готівки.
• Контроль залишків на рахунках ФОП.
• Проведення та контроль готівкових оплат.
• Робота з криптогаманцями та контроль відповідних операцій.
• Контроль руху грошових коштів та своєчасності платежів.
• Взаємодія з бухгалтерією та іншими відповідальними співробітниками щодо платежів.
