We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who’s curious about the business side of tech.

This role is perfect for a technical graduate or junior developer who doesn’t want to code forever — and is excited about sales, communication, and building partnerships in IT.

No prior sales experience required. What matters most is your motivation, mindset, and curiosity.

✨ What You’ll Do
Support business development activities across the European market
Learn how to build and manage client relationships
Join calls, meetings, and negotiations with senior team members
Attend tech conferences, events, and networking meetups
Research companies and identify new business opportunities
Gradually grow into a full-cycle Business Development role

🧩 What We’re Looking For
Technical background or education (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
Strong interest in IT sales / business development
Confident communication skills and curiosity about people
English level B2+
Proactive, self-driven mindset
Strong motivation to grow in a client-facing role

➕ Nice to Have
Any experience in communication (freelance, projects, part-time roles)
Participation in tech events, hackathons, or communities
Basic understanding of how software development works
