WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Revenue growth

• Define and deliver the path to $70K MRR
• Own contribution to pipeline, trials, activations, and paid conversions
• Model, forecast, and optimize the full marketing funnel — from awareness to revenue
• Continuously reduce CAC while improving conversion across the funnel

Channel strategy and execution

You will lead and optimize our current growth channels:

• Brand — Reddit, LinkedIn, Shopify/Klaviyo communities. Build visibility, trust, and brand-led demand.
• Partnerships — Agencies, affiliates, media partners. Scalable co-marketing and referral revenue.
• Marketplaces — Shopify App Store and other distribution platforms.
• SEO — Organic acquisition, content, and LLM/AI visibility.
• PPC — Paid search and performance campaigns with clear ROI.

You will scale what works, stop what doesn’t, and test new channels when the data supports it.

Brand among Shopify merchants

• Make Claspo a recognized, trusted brand in the Shopify ecosystem

Team leadership and operations

• Lead the marketing team to hit both growth and operational targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO)
• Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR in B2B SaaS — ideally MarTech, ecommerce tools, or CRO products
• Hands-on experience with our core channels: SEO, PPC, partnerships, community/brand marketing, and app marketplaces

Flamingo is building an AI-native platform for MSPs. OpenFrame is one system for running an entire MSP: everything from managing and securing devices to handling tickets and clients, with AI agents woven through the whole platform. We are looking for a designer who is exceptional at the craft: turning planned features into thoughtful flows and polished, production-ready interfaces at a high pace. You will work closely with the whole team, shaping direction and priorities together. Your job is to work out the details, make them real, and make them excellent.

What you will do

• Design features across OpenFrame end to end: think through the flow, then bring it to the screen. Tables, detail pages, settings, dashboards, agent interactions.
• Work within and extend our living design system. Consistency across a large product is a core part of the job.
• Bring screens to a truly finished state: every state, every edge case, every empty state and error, checked and ready for handoff.
• Design for a technical audience: MSP admins and technicians who live in device lists, alerts, and logs. Density and clarity matter more than decoration.
• Collaborate directly with engineers in a fast, low-process environment.

• 3+ years in UI/UX design, ideally on complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy products.

About the Company

An iGaming group with four brands (online casino and betting) operating within a single ecosystem: a shared team, technological platform, and affiliate program. We have an active audience in the Runet, Latin America, and European markets, with payment processing in fiat and crypto.

Goal of the Role

You will take charge of the marketing for all four of the group's brands and build an acquisition machine with measurable ROI: from the strategy for each GEO to ownership of the marketing P&L. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves direct management of a team of 20+ people (SEO, PR/Promo Team, Affiliates, SMM).

What You Will DoStrategy and P&L

• Develop marketing strategy across brands, GEOs, and channels; define the positioning for each brand.

WHO YOU'D BE JOINING

Four founders. 

Our CTO is building the Companion - the LLM layer, the memory, the architecture intent.  You'd be the person who turns it into something people can actually hold: the app, the backend, the money layer, the release pipeline.

About the role

GRO Solutions is building GRO, a privacy-first AI financial companion that turns everyday money decisions into lasting financial confidence. We are backed by GrowthX Capital, headquartered in Doha, and heading into launch  and we are looking for a Lead Engineer to take the product from first release to scale. This is a founding leadership position. You will own engineering end to end: the mobile experience our users live in, the platform it runs on, the way we ship, and the team we build around it. You will work directly with the founding team, stay hands-on where it matters most in the early phase, and grow into leading the engineering organization as the company scales.

• Compliance engineering  driving our privacy and certification roadmap together with the team.

• The engineering organization  hiring, standards, and the review and delivery culture that keeps quality high as the team grows.

   

The mandate

Your first mission is to lead GRO through its public launch and the growth that follows. From there the role widens - scaling the platform, shaping how we integrate with the banking ecosystem alongside specialist partners, advancing our certification roadmap, and growing a team of engineers who hold the same bar you set. The earlier phase rewards a builder; everything after rewards a leader. We are looking for someone who is genuinely both.

What we are looking for

• A senior delivery track record in fintech or another regulated, money-handling domain, you have shipped and operated a consumer financial product, not only built one.
• You have shipped cross-platform mobile apps (React Native, Expo or similar) to the App Store and Play Store, including signing, store review and post-launch operations.
• Strong backend depth in the Node and TypeScript ecosystem, relational databases, and API-first, contract-driven design.
• CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, secrets management and observability are your default way of working, not a side task.
• A security-first instinct: auth hardening, audit trails, PII handling, threat modeling.
• You have built and led an engineering team without losing your edge as an engineer  and you can hire well.

• Clear, direct communication, and the judgment to operate as a true technical counterpart to a founding team.

   

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the open banking ecosystem and aggregator platforms.
• SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit experience.

• Product sense for AI-powered consumer apps and the quality and cost discipline they demand.

We’re looking for a senior ML/AI Engineer to build Stream, a new conversational interface. As an ML/AI engineer, you will architect, build, and deploy a new interface which spans voice, audio, and agentic control. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about real-world ML deployment and low-latency voice interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user-facing experiences, including voice, audio, and agentic control.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy models spanning cloud models to resource-constrained on-device settings
• Optimize inference pipelines for latency, reliability, and concurrency

• Work closely with other ML/AI engineers, infrastructure engineers, designers, and cofounders on existing and future products

• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English (this is the official office language).
• Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge.
• Be happy to work different shifts: our Customer Services Department is open 24/7 (be ready to have 2-night shifts from 5 weekly.

Own the intelligence layer of Rx360 — the models that turn continuous sensor and medication data into a working understanding of each individual we serve, and turn that understanding into actions that help them stay independent. You will set the ML architecture, build the longitudinal modeling stack from raw signal through to user-facing recommendation, and define how our models and our conversational companion work together.

Own the ML architecture for personalized health intelligence — per-user baselines, N-of-1 and hierarchical models, and the strategy for learning from one individual's history rather than a population mean.
Build the digital biomarker stack on raw wearable signal: gait and cadence, sit-to-stand and postural transitions, activity classification, sleep and circadian structure, and cardiovascular trend from IMU and PPG streams.
Design change detection and event-association models that link medication starts, dose adjustments, and adherence gaps to downstream behavioral shifts — with defensible handling of confounding, lag structure, and multiple comparisons.
Turn a detected change into a recommendation: what to surface, to whom (the individual, family, pharmacist, or provider), with what urgency — and when the right answer is to say nothing.
Build the data and training infrastructure that carries high-frequency time-series from device ingestion through feature generation, training, serving, and monitoring.
Own evaluation. Offline benchmarks, labeled ground truth from pilot cohorts, calibration and drift monitoring, and the false-positive budget that decides whether people trust what we tell them.
Ground our conversational companion in real signal. Our AI companion runs on a large language model inside our
HIPAA-compliant cloud environment; you will connect it to per-user model output and own the evaluation and post- training work that keeps its guidance accurate, useful, and safe.
Push inference to the edge where latency, privacy, or battery demand it, working directly with the firmware and hardware teams on what runs on the band versus in the cloud.
Direct AI coding agents to accelerate implementation while holding a rigorous quality bar — the way the rest of our engineering team works.
Partner with clinical collaborators, including our university pilot, to design studies that produce the labeled data these models actually need.
Set technical direction and raise the bar for ML across the team.

R E Q U I R E D
6+ years in machine learning, including systems you have shipped to real users and operated in production — not only research or prototypes.
Deep experience with time-series or sensor data: physiological signals, IMU / accelerometry, or comparable high- frequency multivariate streams.
Demonstrated work in individual-level modeling — per-subject baselines, hierarchical or Bayesian methods, anomaly and change-point detection, or models that adapt as data from a single person accumulates.
Strong applied statistical judgment. You can separate a real effect from a coincidence in observational data, and you know exactly where a causal claim stops being defensible.
Production-grade Python and PyTorch (or equivalent). You write software other engineers are willing to maintain.
Ownership of the full lifecycle: data pipelines, training infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Experience with large-language-model evaluation and post-training — grounding and retrieval, structured output, eval harnesses, and guardrails.
Cloud-native ML at production scale (AWS preferred).
Fluent use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent) with the domain depth to catch where generated code fails silently.
Clear, direct communication. You can set direction across firmware, backend, mobile, design, and clinical stakeholders.

Rx360 is a wellness platform for older adults who want to keep living on their own terms — and for the families, pharmacists, and providers around them.
The wearable is a wrist-worn band we design in-house, carrying a PPG sensor for cardiovascular signal, a six-axis IMU for motion, gait, and posture, and on-device fall detection. The iOS and Android apps give the individual a plain- language view of their own day and their medications, and open a shared circle of care to the family members they choose to include.
Rx360 is a U.S. company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with a distributed engineering team. Hardware, firmware, mobile, backend, and machine learning are all in-house.
