Next.js / TypeScript Developer — Corporate Website Rebuild

About us
NC1 (New Company One sp. z o.o.) is a Poland-based engineering company that designs, deploys and operates enterprise AI systems: AI agents, voice AI, document and finance automation, data intelligence. We are rebuilding our corporate website from scratch to reflect who we are today.
 

The project

• Corporate website, ~15 page templates, ~45 pages, two languages (EN + PL), architecture ready for more languages later.
• Static site on Next.js + TypeScript, hosted on Cloudflare Pages or Netlify. No CMS, no database.
• Estimated scope: 80–150 hours. Target timeline: 5–8 weeks.
• Design: [refresh based on our existing brand — logo, colours, typography are kept / provided by our designer in Figma].
• Texts and translations are provided by us.

What you will do

• Set up the project architecture, i18n (EN/PL) and deployment pipeline.
• Build a reusable library of page sections (hero, solution cards, case studies, testimonials, FAQ, CTA, etc.) and assemble all pages.
• Implement technical SEO: metadata, hreflang, sitemap, structured data, 301 redirects from the old site and old domain.
• Implement contact forms with spam protection and a GDPR-compliant cookie consent.
• Set up quality checks in CI (GitHub Actions): type checking, linting, link checking, visual regression tests (Playwright), Lighthouse thresholds.
• Configure security headers, uptime monitoring and write clear documentation for future developers.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Next.js and TypeScript; 2+ live production websites you built.
• Strong semantic HTML/CSS and responsive layout; pixel-accurate implementation of designs.
• Hands-on technical SEO and multilingual (i18n) sites.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Lighthouse scores of 90+ (performance, SEO, accessibility) as your normal standard.
• Clean, documented, maintainable code that another developer can pick up quickly.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Using AI coding tools efficiently — welcome, as long as you fully own the quality of the code.
