    Requirements

    We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of designing, building, and evolving scalable web applications. This role combines strong hands-on development with technical leadership, decision-making, and team mentorship across the full development lifecycle.

    • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Next.js for building modern, scalable web applications
    • Solid backend experience with Node.js
    • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
    • Experience designing and integrating GraphQL and REST APIs
    • Practical knowledge of unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest)
    • Ability to drive technical decisions, enforce best practices, and review code
    • Advanced English, sufficient for daily communication with international stakeholders

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures
    • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development processes
    • Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
    • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
    • Previous experience mentoring developers or acting in a technical leadership role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications.
    • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
    • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to design system solutions.
    • Development & Technical Leadership:
    • Build end-to-end features using ReactJS/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
    • Design and implement APIs using GraphQL and REST where appropriate.
    • Ensure test coverage and reliability through unit/integration testing with Jest. Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
    • Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring continuous technical growth within the team.

    • Lead technical discussions, proof of concepts, and design reviews.

     

    Job responsibilities

    • Work with the team to ensure that the initiatives are lead and delivered to closure
    • Collaborate with the product managers , challenge them in terms of features and keep the delivery time line intact
    • Ensure that the solution is technically robust and scalable to meet all the fascia needs
    • Have Unit tests, integration tests, mocks as part of the solution
    • Direct the teams in terms of development, testing and integration
    • Be hands-on and write code, review code of the team before it goes to the client
    • Zero tolerance towards bad coding practices and lack of tests
    • Look at the features to be indedependtly deployable and release independently
    • Look at the cost optimization and scale optimization for the features deployed

    Responsibilities:

    Treasury and payments:
    - Execute and record project payments, maintain a payment calendar
    - Open required accounts, connect payment methods and payment providers (if needed)

    - Perform regular balance reconciliations and ensure data accuracy

    - Partner payouts and receivables control

    Management accounting and reporting:
    - Weekly transaction logging (register of payments, receipts, liabilities)

    - Prepare a short financial summary for management: key changes, risks, forecasts
     

    Legal entities across jurisdictions:
    - KYC completion, preparation of document packages, communication with banks and providers
    - Support external auditors and consultants, prepare information and explanations
    - Maintain baseline document hygiene: contracts, invoices, confirmations, payment rationale
     

    Finance function development:
    - Select and implement accounting systems for the project
    - Establish policies and procedures: payment process, limits, approvals
    - If needed, hire and onboard additional team members
     

    Requirements and expectations:

    - Relevant finance experience: treasury, reconciliations, payments, receivables control, management reporting
    - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with regular preparation of P&L, CF, BS
    - Comfortable with creative financial solutions within legal and compliance boundaries
    - Understanding of crypto and payment infrastructure: wallets, crypto cards, providers, transaction confirmations, basic AML logic
    - Experience with crypto infrastructure: exchange accounts, hardware wallets, understanding of checks and basic AML logic

    We are looking for an Information Security Manager who will help mature our security culture, formalize internal processes, and lead the company toward continuous improvement of its security posture. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, develop security documentation, run awareness initiatives, and ensure a practical balance between strong security and fast-moving business operations in a fully remote and autonomous environment.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in Information Security, preferably in Security Manager, ISO, GRC, or Compliance roles;
    • Experience participating in an ISO 27001 certification process from start to finish;
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, ISMS structure, risk management, and audit methodology;
    • Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
    • Experience preparing and maintaining security documentation;
    • Strong communication and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work independently and manage processes;
    • Understanding of IT and cloud environments at a security governance level.

     

    Nice to Have

    • Experience delivering security awareness programs;
    • Experience conducting internal audits;
    • Familiarity with AWS, MS365, or cloud environments from a governance perspective;
    • Knowledge of SOC2, NIST CSF, or GDPR frameworks;
    • General understanding of technical security areas (e.g., endpoint security, logging, identity security, cloud security principles), allowing future involvement in cross-functional security initiatives.
