What You’ll Be Driving:

• Setting the vision and overall product strategy for the organization in collaboration with executive leadership;
• Ensuring that the product strategy aligns with the company's broader business goals and long-term vision;
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product managers and other professionals within the product management function;

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, 2+ years as Lead Product Manager;
• Defines metrics at the company level, determines the division of responsibility for metrics between departments and teams, finds gaps;
• Ensures constant and high growth of metrics due to smooth work and launches of new projects in its departments;
• Plan/vision for the development of large products for 12 - 24 months;
• Determines the company's strategy together with other directors;
• Responsible for the balance of resources within the department and the company as a whole;
• Ensures productive work with other company functions;
• Responsible for risks, relations with partners/clients and regulators;
• Resolves difficulties between departments, balances areas of responsibility;
• Creates (or disbands) new teams and groups as necessary;

An experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring best practices across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise across ReactJS/Next.js and Node.js and has an advanced level of English.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design
• Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to design system solutions.
• Development & Technical Leadership:
• Build end-to-end features using ReactJS/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
