The opportunity

You join the Supply Operations team as a specialist owning the day-to-day health of LoopMe's Supply Side Platform — from publisher integrations and technical troubleshooting to invoicing, reconciliation, and cross-functional process improvement. You partner closely with Account Management, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to scale operational workflows and raise the standard of the publisher experience.

Broadband team works on 2nd generations of Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) Cable Access products: actively developing the industry’s first software-based CCAP solution (“Cable OS”) and cloud native CMTS.

These solutions allow to cable operator companies to deliver the IP-based data, video, and voice services to millions of customers. Focus is given to CableOS which will allow to get rid of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of HW network equipment.

The system is based on microservice architecture and is running on the general purpose CPUs. We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with strong Ecommerce expertise and hands-on experience with Shopify Plus. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable Ecommerce solutions, integrating third-party services, and contributing to the overall architecture of high-traffic online stores.

Requirements

* 5+ years of commercial experience in PHP development with strong knowledge of the Laravel framework;
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js;
* 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce web development;
* 1+ year of experience working with Shopify Plus;
* Strong expertise in relational databases, particularly MySQL;
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations;
* Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows;
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues;
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
* React experience will be a plus;
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) will be a plus.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ecommerce applications using PHP/Laravel;
* Build and support integrations between Shopify Plus and external systems;
* Develop and maintain backend services and APIs;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers;
* Optimize application performance, security, and scalability;
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues;
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices;
* Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities;
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.

* Experience with React-based frontend development;
* Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services;

This is a leadership role where you'll own the QA process end-to-end, mentor a team of engineers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the highest product quality standards.

• Proven experience leading QA teams of 5+ people
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies for web and mobile applications

• Monitor and enforce compliance with testing processes across the QA team
• Review and oversee the creation of test artifacts by QA engineers

• A/B test post-analysis (including statistical review and deep dive);

• Micro-segmentation, offer personalization;
