Our client is looking for a hands-on Principal Integration Engineer & Architect to lead the design, evolution, and execution of our core data integration ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Trendjacking & Strategy: Constantly monitor, analyze, and instantly adapt to the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral hooks to keep our brand ahead of the competition.
• Creative Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot (direction), and edit engaging, highly creative short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that drives high engagement and virality.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute SMM strategies focused on measurable business growth, customer acquisition, and high-quality lead generation.
• Cross-Platform Management: Plan, publish, and optimize content tailored specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and business promotion.
• Creativity & Trend Mastery: A strong creative mindset with an obsession for social media. You must have a sharp eye for aesthetics and a proven ability to spot and implement the latest SMM trends before they go mainstream.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of algorithms, features, and lead-generation tools on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Language: Fluent / Native-level English (both written and spoken). You must be able to write copy and create content for an English-speaking audience flawlessly.
• Software & Design Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), Adobe Photoshop, and Canva for creating high-quality visual assets.
• Proven Track Record: A portfolio showcasing proven results (e.g., case studies with specific metrics: lead growth, revenue generated, or significant account scaling).

Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain asynchronous backend services (FastAPI, ARQ, service-oriented and
microservice applications).
● Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
● Participate in design discussions and suggest improvements to performance and developer
experience.
● Collaborate openly with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (asyncio, typing, pydantic);
● Solid experience with SQLAlchemy 2.0 and Alembic;
● Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (Pytest/Unittest);
● Hands-on experience with FastAPI and async task processing (ARQ/Celery/RQ);
● Database skills: PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, RLS). Knowledge of
TimescaleDB/ClickHouse is a plus;
● Experience in database query optimisation (EXPLAIN, keyset pagination, batching);
● Understanding of idempotency and outbox/event sourcing principles;
● Experience with Docker, docker-compose, local environments;
