Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline development: from archtitecture to hands-on implementation.
• Machine Learning ops for data prediction.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and Pandas.
• Solid experience with statistics, including deviation, decile, variance, and moving average concepts.

• Data Visualisation Tools – there is a freedom to use any of them.

• Familiarity with data pipeline design and automation.

Description

 FCA-authorised Institution, is seeking an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead its financial crime compliance framework. The MLRO will act as the firm’s senior point of contact with regulators and law enforcement in respect of AML/CTF obligations and will oversee the company’s systems and controls for preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions breaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as MLRO, Deputy MLRO, or senior financial crime role within an FCA-regulated firm (preferably EMI, PI, or banking).

• In-depth knowledge of UK AML/CTF regulations, Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), Money Laundering Regulations (MLRs), JMLSG Guidance, FCA Handbook (SYSC/REPCRIM).

• Strong understanding of PSD2/PSD3, e-money/payment services, and card scheme compliance obligations.

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to liaise confidently with FCA, HMRC, NCA, Mastercard, and other stakeholders.

• Approved/approvable for FCA SMF17 function.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated MLRO (SMF17) with responsibility for compliance with all AML/CTF obligations.

• Receive, investigate, and report Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the NCA.

• Oversee and continually enhance Smartflow’s AML/CTF and sanctions framework, including risk assessments, policies, transaction monitoring, and EDD processes.

• Provide senior management and the Board with regular MI and updates on financial crime risks and compliance.

• Ensure sanctions screening is robust and aligned with Mastercard Rule 1.2 and all relevant UK/EU/OFAC sanctions lists.

• Lead the remediation of any findings from internal/external audits, regulators, or card schemes.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ardupilot Engineer to design, implement, and optimize autonomous flight control solutions for UAVs and robotic platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Ardupilot or PX4, a deep understanding of MAVLink communication, system configuration, flight tuning, and debugging, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems. • Develop, configure, and test Ardupilot-based flight control systems for various UAV platforms.

Зараз ми шукаємо Technical Writer, який підсилить нашу команду.

ОСНОВНІ ЗАДАЧІ:

• Збір, аналіз і структурування інформації про продукт та його використання

• Співпраця з продуктовою, інженерною та інтеграційною командами, командою пілотів для отримання та валідації інформації

• Написання супроводжуючої документації для кінцевих користувачів - інструкції, гайдлайни, FAQ документи (програмне забезпечення та робота з дронами)

• Аналіз документації підрядників і формування внутрішньої документації з урахуванням специфіки інтеграції

• Моніторинг актуальності контенту, оновлення при змінах у продукті або процесах
  
  

НЕОБХІДНІ НАВИЧКИ:

• Досвід роботи на посаді Technical Writer або Knowledge Management Specialist від 1-го року

• Уміння структурувати інформацію та описувати процеси зрозуміло і логічно

• Грамотне володіння українською мовою та вміння чітко й зрозуміло викладати інформацію письмово

• володіння інструментами для візуалізації послідовності дій

• Знання англійської мови: читання — Intermediate

• Розуміння miltech домену і володіння термінологією (буде перевагою)

Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії:
• практичний досвід у маркетинговому або стратегічному плануванні
• впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (моделювання, сценарії, формули)
• вміння будувати бізнес-кейси оцінка ефекту, ROI, юніт-економіка, CAC, LTV
• базове розуміння BI-інструментів або SQL

Челенджі на три місяці:
•  провести аудит процесу стратегічного планування минулого року (що було добре / що пішло не так, хто був залучений, які проблеми виникли, які формати використовувалися)
•  налагодити співпрацю з Data&BI (вивчити існуючі звіти, визначити набір даних, які потрібні для кейсів і планування)
•  підготуватися до наступного стратегічного планування, описавши процес (терміни, учасники, необхідні ресурси)
•  перейняти процес щомісячного оновлення даних щодо об’єму ринку та прогнозування
• вивчити поточні практики планування в командах маркетингу зібрати приклади з різних саб’юнітів, виявити типові помилки (необґрунтованість, відсутність розрахунків, розрізнені формати)
• сформувати першу версію шаблону бізнес-кейсу (мінімальні блоки, варіанти) та описати процес роботи з ним (терміни, учасники, ресурси)
• провести пілотне тестування шаблону на 2-х кейсах та зібрати фідбек (що незрозуміло, де зручно, де складно)
• Підготувати документ “Фреймворк планування”, який міститиме опис логіки: що планується, коли, хто, за якими правилами

• готувати/координувати створення верхньорівневого плану спільно з іншими функціями
• розробляти шаблони, гайди та навчальні матеріали для бізнес-кейсів
• надавати методологічну підтримку іншим командам маркетингу у плануванні їхніх ініціатив
• валідувати бізнес-кейси перевіряти логіку, аргументацію, розрахунки, готувати аналітичні висновки
• прогнозувати та готувати звіти щодо об’єму ринку та позицій учасників на основі внутрішніх та зовнішніх даних
• проводити пост-аналіз реалізованих ініціатив: порівнювати план з фактом, робити висновки
• брати безпосередню участь у тактичному циклі планування бізнес-показників компанії (weekly planning)
• підтримувати процес OKR планування

Responsibilities:
- Develop slot games using the existing code base.
- Optimize code for performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and backend developers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and follow best practices for scalable code.

- Experience with React or Vue.
- Experience with WebGL or WebAssembly.
- Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks or game development tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend development.
- Exposure to AI tools for development or animation workflows.
