The GlobalLogic team is responsible for software development, as well as manual and automated testing of the solution.

In this position, you will ensure that customer support services consistently meet established SLAs and exceed industry service standards by proactively monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving daily chat and email support interactions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

• Monitor and analyze key customer support metrics for individual agents and the department (e.g., response time, CSAT).
• Conduct monthly random ticket reviews to assess service quality and compliance.
• Hold regular quality control sessions, providing structured feedback based on review results and upon request.
• Address brand-related feedback promptly, ensure proper case assignment to responsible agents, and implement clear action plans to prevent recurrence.

• Maintain and continuously improve the internal knowledge base in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and Team Leader.

• Fluency in written and spoken English (English is the official working language).

We are looking for a Golang and a Software Architect to join a team of highly skilled engineers, where the minimum development experience is 12 years.
 

Main Responsibilities

– Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of server-side code for web applications and services, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure

– Design and manage databases, including schema design and improvements, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity and security

– Develop and maintain integrations between different parts of the system and with external services, ensuring robustness and clear documentation

– Ensure code is developed with a comprehensive understanding of deployment procedures and how it will function within the overall project scope

– Implement and maintain comprehensive test coverage to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase

– Regularly maintain and refactor the codebase to address issues, improve performance, and manage technical debt

– Work closely with a geographically distributed team of engineers, QA, UI/UX designers, and PMs to ensure seamless integration, align on project goals, and collaboratively address technical challenges

Mandatory Requirements

– 4+ years of experience in commercial software development Go programming language

– 10+ years of experience with software development

– Experience with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, designing schemas, and managing migrations

– Basic understanding in containerizing applications using Docker and managing Dockerfiles

– Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes, and familiarity with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

– Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, pull requests, and code review practices

– Proficiency in testing and debugging, including writing unit and integration tests

– Ability to design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with a strong emphasis on security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10)

Role Overview

This is a senior, technical, builder-first role at the intersection of GTM engineering, lead generation, data, and automation.

You are not a campaign manager.
You are a GTM systems architect responsible for revenue infrastructure.

You will own and scale the systems that generate pipeline — from data sourcing and enrichment to automation, CRM architecture, and outbound execution.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end GTM and lead generation infrastructure (tools, data, workflows, automation)
• Outbound engine: sourcing → enrichment → segmentation → outreach → CRM
• ICP definition, targeting logic, and segmentation frameworks
• Automation pipelines for prospecting, enrichment, and lead generation
• Funnel optimization and GTM experimentation
• Data quality, integrations, and performance tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Design scalable lead generation workflows (sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing)
• Build and maintain automated data flows across systems (APIs, no-code/low-code tools, automation platforms)
• Develop and optimize outbound systems (email, LinkedIn, multi-channel sequencing)
• Run structured experiments to improve conversion and pipeline performance
• Own GTM analytics: pipeline tracking, conversion metrics, and campaign insights
• Work directly with founders on GTM strategy execution and system design

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Lead Generation, Growth Engineering, RevOps, or Marketing Ops
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proven experience building automation workflows or data-driven systems
• Deep understanding of ICP, segmentation, and targeting logic
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
• Experience building or scaling outbound / lead generation systems
