As our Performance Media Buyer (focusing on Meta), you’ll own the end-to-end process of media buying: from strategy and setup through optimisation and scaling, to reporting. You’ll work closely with our growth team and with brand clients to turn insights into high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media-buying strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Perform campaign set-up: audience segmentation, creatives briefs, tracking setup (UTMs, conversion pixels).
• Manage large budgets. Take responsibility for thousands of ad dollars daily. Allocate spend efficiently across Tier 1 GEOs and campaign types to achieve maximum performance.
• Monitor and interpret campaign metrics. Identify patterns in CTRs, CPCs, and conversion rates — and react quickly to optimise results and maximise ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences and funnel variations.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record of driving scalable growth (strong ROAS/CPA outcomes).
• Deep understanding of paid-media mechanics, attribution, bid strategies, funnel dynamics and analytics.
• High comfort level with data: Excel/Sheets, Meta Ads Manager. Bonus: experience with tools like Looker, BigQuery, Supermetrics.
