    What you’ll do

    • Analyze product and user behavior to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
    • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to guide product and growth decisions.
    • Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards for analytics and reporting.

    • Teams make better product decisions, faster, because of your insights.
    • Data pipelines are trusted, observable, and performant.
    • Experiments drive measurable product and business outcomes.
    • Metrics and dashboards are used across teams β€” not just built once.

We are appflame, a product IT company. We design products that improve lives and change the game in the category. Geographically, we are located in Ukraine, but in reality – all over the world.

We are looking for daring, brave, and enthusiastic people β€” fans of creating real products and who dream about launching and developing cool startups. You have ambitions, we have comfortable conditions for their fulfillment.

    You will:

    • Take complete ownership of marketing results: traffic, conversions, ROI.
    • Launch and scale advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
    • Optimize budgets, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key metrics.
    • Test hypotheses, analyze results, and adapt approaches quickly.
    • Build the creative process: from briefing to launch.
    • Work with analytics, build attribution, and track funnels.
    • Experiment with new channels: SEO, email, content, partnerships, influencers.
    • Report on results and share insights with the team.

    From you:

    • 3+ years Meta Ads experience (Facebook/Instagram).
    • Performance marketing understanding: metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CR), funnels, attribution.
    • Upper Intermediate English or higher.
    • Independence & accountability: you don't wait for tasks β€” you set goals and achieve them.
    • Strategic thinking: you can build a marketing strategy, in addition to running ads.
    • Creative approach: you understand what works in communication, and can brief creatives.
    • Analytical skills: comfortable working with data, Tableau, spreadsheets, and Amplitude.
    • Proactivity: you see problems and solve them before anyone asks.

    Will be an advantage:

    • Experience building marketing from zero (0β†’1).
    • Knowledge of other channels: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, content marketing, and email.
    • Experience in startups or fast-growing products.
    • Understanding of product marketing and working with product teams.

Your journey to the job offer: message from the recruiter > interview > final interview > bar-raising > job offer.

    Why appflame?

    • Involvement in the development of Ukrainian products that compete with the world's best market players.
    • The opportunity to implement your ideas rather than being a cog in the system.
    • Meaningful and useful products created to serve a specific purpose rather than make money for shareholders.
    • Be around like-minded people who work on results.
    • Work with the global market and a huge audience.
    • Direct contact with Snapchat, Facebook, Google, Apple, and access to their best practices.
    • Well-established processes and great opportunities to grow within the company.
    • Transparent evaluation of work based on personal performance indicators.
    • Great benefits package and fair compensation.

We provide all you need for your talents to be fully revealed.

We are loyal to our people. Our loyalty doesn't fade at the end of the working day. We do not leave our people alone with their problems, neither professional nor personal. Join us.
