What You’ll Do

Management Accounting & Financial Reporting

-Develop and implement management accounting policies and standards.

-Build a clear responsibility matrix for accounting processes and data ownership.

-Prepare a complete set of management reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial analytics.

-Analyze financial performance by departments and products, including profitability and margins.

-Ensure alignment between cash flow and accrual-based accounting together with the Treasury team.

-Participate in intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes.

Period Closing & Accounting Operations

-Own and improve the monthly period-closing process, with a target closing period of up to 10 calendar days.

-Implement and maintain an accrual process to ensure accurate monthly financial results.

-Organize and control regular reconciliations with key counterparties.

-Participate in inventory checks and ensure accurate reflection of assets and liabilities.

-Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data.

1C & Automation

-Review and optimize the existing 1C KUP / ERP accounting environment.

-Analyze data flows between operational and accounting systems.

-Prepare technical specifications for developers to automate accounting processes and integrate data.

-Minimize manual data entry and improve the reliability of financial data flows.

-Configure cost accounting in 1C to support product profitability analysis.

-Improve accounting for fixed assets and capital expenditures.

-Bring structure to master data, including products, expense categories, and departments.

Cross-functional Collaboration

-Work closely with the CFO, Treasury, Procurement, Sales, and other business process owners.

-Introduce and communicate new accounting processes and regulations.

-Train employees from related departments on new financial procedures.

What We’re Looking For

-5+ years of experience in accounting and/or management accounting.

-At least 2 years of experience at Senior / Lead level.

-Proven experience in building, restructuring, or improving management accounting processes, preferably within a group of companies.

-Strong practical experience with period closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

-Hands-on experience with 1C KUP / ERP, including system configuration and working with developers.

-Strong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP principles related to revenue and expense recognition, fixed assets, and financial instruments.

-Understanding of consolidation and intercompany transactions/eliminations.

-Experience preparing technical specifications (TORs) for accounting system improvements.

-Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.

We are looking for an AI-First Golang Team Lead for one of our product engineering pods: a hands-on engineer who uses AI to ship fast and acts as the face of their pod towards clients and leadership.

⚠️IMPORTANT: This is not a traditional coding role. You’ll use Claude Code and other AI tools to 10x your output, always thinking about how the product or feature you are working on benefits the user. Also: we have no QA team, you OWN the quality of what you ship!

🧭About this role: every engineer on the team already owns their work end-to-end (IC + DRI). Everyone in the pod is, in effect, their own architect and lead developer. So this role is not about being the strongest techie in the room or telling people how to build.

A Team Lead is the spokesperson, coordinator, and facilitator for their pod, internally with product, design, and leadership, and externally with clients. You come from the management path, not the deep-specialist path: you have seen a lot as a developer and have consciously decided that enabling a team, working with clients and driving product outcomes is what energizes you now, not coding all day.

You remain a hands-on engineer. Expect roughly 30-40% of your week on coordination, client and product work, and the rest as an individual contributor. This is not an HR-style people-management role: no performance reviews, no career coaching. As we scale, light one-on-ones and check-ins may become part of it, but the job is coordination and delivery, not administration.

• Be the spokesperson for your pod, internally with product, design, and leadership, and externally with clients and partners.
• Coordinate work across the pod: break initiatives into chunks, sequence them, surface blockers, and facilitate hand-offs (lightweight project management; we deliberately have no project managers).

About the role

We run a portfolio of DTC brands across several European markets. As we grow, our Business and Sales teams regularly come up with new requests, from launching in new countries and introducing new brands to making changes and improvements to our existing websites.

We’re looking for a Product & Launch Coordinator to turn those requests into clear, structured and actionable work for our development teams.

This is a hands-on, process-focused role. Around 80–90% of your time will be spent turning incoming requests into well-structured Jira tickets. You’ll make sure each request is understood, has the right information, is broken down where necessary and reaches the right team in a format they can actually work with.

The requests and priorities come from our Business and Sales teams. Your role is to make sure those requests are clear, organised and ready for execution.

About the role

ClassOwl is a school-management system used by schools. We are hiring a Middle+ / Senior React Native Developer to work on the existing mobile product for iOS and Android

The application is built with React Native CLI and TypeScript. Most tasks involve extending and improving the current application: adding product functionality, integrating APIs, working with authentication, push notifications and device features, and investigating issues reported from staging or production

The developer will take part in a feature from clarification and estimation to implementation, code review and release. It is important to understand an existing codebase, make changes carefully, account for differences between iOS and Android, and handle changes in network and application state reliably


What you will work with

• an existing React Native CLI application for iOS and Android
• TypeScript, React and React Navigation
• REST APIs, authentication and secure local data
• real-time features using WebSockets — a near-term focus area, including reconnect handling and sync after network loss
• push notifications, deep links, file handling and device capabilities
• native builds, debugging and releases for App Store and Google Play
• investigating and fixing issues in staging and production, accounting for different school configurations
   

Responsibilities

• clarify requirements together with the Business Analyst, asking questions that help narrow down scope where needed
• estimate tasks and discuss solutions with the Lead Developer, considering iOS/Android differences and impact across school installations
• develop and test features for both iOS and Android
• integrate REST APIs, real-time updates (WebSockets) and mobile platform services
• participate in App Store and Google Play releases and investigate production issues
• review code from other developers and give constructive feedback
• verify changes carefully before release, considering platform-specific risks and rollout impact
   

What we expect

• 3+ years of commercial React Native development experience
• strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React and React Native
• experience supporting an existing production mobile application
• experience with REST APIs, authentication and WebSockets
• understanding of the mobile application lifecycle, unstable network handling and platform differences
• experience with push notifications and deep links
• experience building, debugging and releasing applications for iOS and Android
• Git and code review experience
• English at B1 level or higher
   

Experience with native iOS or Android code and mobile CI/CD is a plus

About You 

We are seeking a Middle NLP Specialist to design, build, and optimize the text-processing, document intelligence, and language-driven services that power ProVision. You’ll work closely with back-end engineers, front-end engineers, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure NLP-enabled systems serving global enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Python, NLP libraries, document parsing, information extraction, search/retrieval, and textual data transformation, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and production-grade architecture. Experience integrating LLM-powered workflows into enterprise applications is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as an NLP Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer (NLP focus), or Back-End Engineer with significant NLP experience in a SaaS or production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+.
• Strong experience with NLP libraries and frameworks for text processing, tokenization, entity extraction, classification, embeddings, or semantic search.
• Experience working with document-heavy or unstructured text data.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and AWS ecosystem (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS).
• Competence in Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and output quality.
• Experience evaluating and improving the quality of text extraction, classification, or retrieval pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Own QA for web-based applications: from requirements to release confidence.
• Create and maintain test plans, checklists, and test cases in TestRail.
• Perform manual testing (exploratory, regression, acceptance) with a strong risk-based mindset.
• Build, extend, and maintain test automation in Playwright + TypeScript (from scratch where needed), including:
  • stable test architecture (Page Object / fixtures / reusable utilities)
  • meaningful reporting (Allure/HTML or similar)
  • CI-friendly execution (parallel runs, artifacts, retries)
  • reliable, maintainable suites with minimal flakiness
• Conduct API testing using Postman (and support API test automation where applicable).
