Main Responsibilities

– Own, maintain, and evolve company’s Game Engine domain

– Work on internal frameworks and libraries used by mathematicians to implement game logic and mathematical packages

– Review and validate code written by mathematicians, ensuring quality, correctness, maintainability, and proper usage of internal frameworks

– Contribute to the development and support of game engines used to run mathematical logic within our platform

– Support integrations with external game studios by helping build wrappers and bridges between third-party game implementations and Playson’s platform

– Participate in minimal on-call responsibilities related to the systems owned by the team, mainly around monitoring, alerts, and domain-specific incidents

Mandatory Requirements

– Strong software engineering experience, ideally in backend, game engine, gaming, gambling, betting, or simulation-heavy environments

– Solid experience with Node.js/TypeScript, or strong expertise in another OOP language such as C++, Java, C#, Go, or Python

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual language of Rounds across a wide range of projects.

This is a hands-on role for a designer with a strong visual eye, excellent craft, and the ability to turn ideas and briefs into clear, polished, and engaging designs.

The role will focus primarily on branding and graphic design, while also touching on digital and UI design across our mobile app portfolio. Experience with motion is a strong plus.

You’ll collaborate with different teams, working across different types of projects and helping us build a strong, consistent, and scalable visual language.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rounds’ visual language across different touchpoints.
• Design brand materials, presentations, social content, event materials, campaigns, and other visual assets.
• Work on UI-related projects and visual improvements across our mobile app portfolio.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business needs into strong visual solutions.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems that help improve consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Product, management and other stakeholders from concept through final delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and independently drive them from initial idea to polished execution.
• Present design concepts, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve ideation, production, and efficiency.
• Contribute to motion and animation projects when relevant and based on experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech, digital, or fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent branding, visual design, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
• Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Experience with print design and production, including preparing files for print.
• Experience creating and maintaining brand identities and visual systems.
• Good understanding of digital and UI design principles.
• Ability to work across different visual styles, products, and audiences while maintaining a high level of craft.

We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Media Buyer to join the media buying team and work with scalable traffic across different GEOs and tiers.
 

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

— Launch, manage, and scale Facebook advertising campaigns across Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs.

— Full ownership of traffic performance and financial results, including PnL responsibility.

— Analyze and optimize key performance metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, PnL.

— Scale profitable campaigns without artificial budget caps.

— Work closely with offers, creatives, agencies, and internal teams to improve campaign efficiency.

— Test and adapt strategies based on changes in GEOs, offers, platforms, and market conditions.

— Identify bottlenecks in funnels and processes, propose and implement optimization solutions.

📚 Your qualifications:

— 2+ years of experience in media buying / traffic arbitrage.

— Deep understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem and traffic acquisition mechanics.

— Proven experience managing monthly budgets from $50,000.

— Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and profitability models.

— Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro (or similar).

— Experience working with offers, creatives, and external partners (agencies, vendors).
