Write 10–20 short-form video scripts (40–60 seconds) per day for a range of brands. Every morning we want ~10–20 fresh scripts ready to go — the ones that hook hard and convert. That's what matters to us; the rest we're relaxed about.

We are looking for a General QA Engineer to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain automated API tests for microservice-based architecture;
• Perform integration testing of microservices and validate inter-service communication;
• Validate data consistency across Oracle databases during integration testing;
• Test and verify asynchronous interactions using message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ);
• Investigating issues, analyzing logs, and performing root-cause analysis.

What you need for this role:

• 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on backend and integration testing;
• Hands-on experience in API test automation using Java (RestAssured, Maven, TestNG/JUnit, Allure);
• Experience testing microservice-based systems (Java / Spring Boot);
• Good understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns;
• Experience working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ);
• Strong SQL skills, experience with Oracle databases;
• Ability to test complex end-to-end integration flows;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD);
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile testing;
• FinTech / Banking domain experience;
• Experience with stubs and mock services.

Your Areas Of Impact

• Produce 10+ video creatives daily for Meta, including iterations, hooks, and format tests.
• Independently source footage, stock, and references.
• Edit and handle post-production using the video tools of your choice.
• Create variations of top-performing creatives with new hooks, different opening seconds, and fresh angles.
• Track the performance of your creatives and suggest design-led improvements.
• Research and test new AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Build production automations to make the workflow more efficient.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or any tool that gets the job done.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar.
• Strong understanding of what makes a Meta ad creative work — formats, technical specs, and the creative logic behind what converts.
• You think in variations, not single solutions. A brief is a starting point, not a final destination.
