    Responsibilities:

    • Participation in team formation and scaling: hiring, adaptation, training for JS/multi-regional projects, motivation and KPIs;
    • Ensuring the achievement of planned team results within the established deadlines for client projects: growth of organic traffic, positions, conversions;
    • Ensuring regular communication of the team with related departments and client teams to achieve business goals;
    • Planning, together with SEO specialists and the content department, content strategy for multi-regional sites: clustering, semantics, TOR for editors, quality control and localization;

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and mentor design team members, support their professional growth, and help establish effective design processes and standards
