Jobs at Djinni

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Link Building Specialist who knows how to build links in highly competitive niches and can consistently deliver high-quality, relevant backlinks that contribute to measurable SEO growth.

This is not a role for someone who only has access to a list of guest-post websites. We’re looking for a specialist who understands advanced link acquisition, can identify opportunities competitors are using, and can secure placements that are difficult to obtain.

What We're Looking For

You should have significant hands-on experience with:

• Link insertions / niche edits on existing, relevant, established pages
• High-quality guest posts and editorial placements
• Competitor backlink gap analysis
• Digital PR and journalist/media outreach
• Resource page and broken-link outreach
• Unlinked brand mention reclamation
• Partnerships and relationship-based link acquisition
• Relevant industry and authority directories
• Linkable asset outreach and promotion
• Evaluating websites based on traffic, topical relevance, authority, link profile, and overall quality rather than relying only on DA/DR
• Experience working in competitive industries such as legal, finance, insurance, SaaS, healthcare, home services, or other high-CPC markets is strongly preferred.

What Matters to Us

Quality over quantity. We are not interested in PBNs, link farms, low-quality guest-post networks, or sites created primarily to sell backlinks.

You should understand how to find and secure links from real websites with genuine organic traffic and topical relevance.

Most importantly, you should be able to demonstrate that your link-building work has contributed to ranking and organic traffic improvements in competitive SERPs.

To Apply

Please include:

1. Examples of competitive websites/niches you've worked on.

2. Examples of actual backlinks or link insertions you've secured (if possible)

We're looking for someone interested in an ongoing relationship, not a one-time link package. If you have a strong network, know how to conduct effective outreach, and have a track record of producing results in difficult niches, we'd like to hear from you.

Our partner is a leading B2B iGaming supplier delivering engaging casino content to regulated markets worldwide. Since 2012, they’ve been building high-quality gaming experiences through a modern cloud-native platform that powers hundreds of operator brands across multiple jurisdictions.

Their Platform Solutions team sits at the heart of that ecosystem, enabling seamless integrations between the company, operators, aggregators and platform providers.

Our partner is looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives in a deeply hands-on environment and enjoys being close to the code on a daily basis. This role is heavily focused on building, optimising, and scaling backend services in a high-load system where performance and reliability are critical.

You’ll be working on complex, real-time challenges at the core of their platform – improving latency, ensuring high availability, and making systems more efficient at scale. This is not a coordination-heavy role; it’s for someone who enjoys writing production code, solving tough engineering problems, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

Main Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional team owning a core product within the platform
• Design, build, and deliver new backend features end-to-end in a distributed environment
• Write high-quality, production-level code daily, contributing directly to a high-load, scalable system
• Take ownership of services handling financial transactions at scale, with a strong focus on reliability
and accuracy
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements in architecture, processes, and development
practices
• Participate in code and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards
• Solve complex business and technical challenges with pragmatic, efficient solutions
• Participating in on-call rotations within the squad to ensure the reliability and availability of our
systems
• Play an active role in ongoing tech transformation initiatives across the platform
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
used by millions globally

Mandatory Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js/TypeScript is ideal, but we also welcome experts in other OOP
languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or Go.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming techniques
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems (Apache Kafka, gRPC)
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar databases (ClickHouse), and
NoSQL technologies (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Skilled in developing and maintaining end-to-end and unit tests
• Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions
• Degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale microservices architecture.
• Good ground knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud providers (especially AWS)
• Understanding of application security and industry best practices
• Understanding of enterprise development patterns
• Active performance observation
• Gambling domain experience

We offer

• Competitive Salary
• Quarterly Bonuses
• Unlimited Paid Time Off
• Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
• Remote & Flexible Working

• Professional Development Budget
• International Exposure
• Regular Company Events

Our partner operates an Energy Management System (EMS) platform sitting at the intersection of physical/technical infrastructure (PLCs, inverters, telemetry) and complex energy-market realities (DSO/TSO requirements, balancing, curtailment, billing). As their engineering team scales rapidly from 3 to 10+ professionals, they need a single, highly competent hybrid PM/BA-adjacent professional to translate between the energy domain and engineering, drive delivery frameworks, and own the product backlog lifecycle — working in close, continuous partnership with the Founder.

Main Responsibilities

Continuous Product Discovery & Validation (30%)

– Partner continuously with the Founder to capture early-stage feature hypotheses, market signals, and commercial targets
– Lead rapid prototyping initiatives, putting feature concepts in front of diverse users and stakeholders
– Run ongoing feedback loops to ensure feature concepts hit real customer pain points and accelerate sales velocity
– Translate discovery insights directly into roadmap priorities and macro-level requirements

High-Level Backlog Ownership & PM ↔ BA Tandem (30%)

– Own and prioritize the high-level product backlog, decomposing validated milestones into structured epics
– Act as the direct operational counterpart to the Business Analyst — setting targets for spec engineering and reviewing specs for commercial alignment
– Manage operational modes: loose, fluid boundaries for Rapid Validation Mode vs. strict boundary locks for Stabilization Mode

Project Management & Delivery Execution (40%)

– Drive execution rhythm across all engineering streams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Backend, Frontend, SRE) for a predictable release cadence
– Monitor development velocity against AI agentic pipeline capacity (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph) used for boilerplate generation, UI prototyping, and test automation; justify team expansion only when automation limits are reached
– Serve as final commercial gatekeeper, verifying that features built via human-agent collaboration satisfy original business logic and user needs before release

Mandatory Requirements

Must-have

– 6+ years as a Technical Project/Product Manager in the energy domain or another complex, regulated domain (logistics, telecom routing, industrial automation)
– Proven track record running continuous discovery pipelines and converting B2B user feedback into strategic backlog decisions
– Spec-driven, AI-aware mindset — comfortable with contract-first development and clear high-level boundaries for both BAs and autonomous agents
– Technical fluency — can read API docs, understand data models, write baseline SQL, and communicate with engineers without an interpreter
– Professional English (B2/C1 preferred)

Nice-to-have

– Hands-on experience with workflow automation, rapid UX prototyping, or LLM agentic orchestration (CrewAI, LangGraph)
– Awareness of energy sector principles (grid topologies, balancing markets, peak shaving, telemetry)
– Exposure to regulatory/cybersecurity frameworks in critical infrastructure (NIS2, IEC 62443)
– Native Romanian fluency (regional market/regulatory context)

Red flags

– Cannot hold a meaningful architecture discussion with engineering leads
– Rigid — can’t shift between Rapid Validation Mode and Stabilization Mode
– “Process-first” management, scribe-style PM work, treating engineers as task-takers, or analysis paralysis

We offer

– Format: Remote
– Search geography: Moldova, Romania, Ukraine
– Direct, continuous partnership with the Founder — a central strategic role, not a downstream execution function
– High-impact position at the core of a scaling team (3 → 10+ engineers), acting as the primary filter against technical debt and requirement drift
– Exposure to a cutting-edge, AI-agent-augmented delivery paradigm (Spec-Driven Development, CrewAI, LangGraph)
