    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Python Developer to support our internal IT team with the maintenance, troubleshooting, small enhancements, and integrations of existing systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person who enjoys clear, defined tasks and working on optimizations.

     

    This is a full-time position.

     

     

    Key responsibilities

     

    • Maintain and troubleshoot existing internal Python-based tools and integrations.
    • Optimize and refine existing code for better performance and maintainability.
    • Implement minor feature enhancements and integrations between internal systems and tools.
    • Automate basic workflows and eliminate manual processes.
    • Support and maintain the stability and performance of backend services.

       

    Initial Tasks

     

    • Refactor the current system to ensure that the course entity is managed separately from the certificate generation logic.
    • Review and analyze the core service logic for meeting bookings to identify why the available slots are showing inconsistencies across three different locations.
    • Create an automation process that updates the price entity in the backend whenever there is a price change in Google Sheets, and ensure the updated price is automatically reflected in all deals within the CRM system.
    • Develop an automation or script that triggers when a user unsubscribes from emails, sending this data to Klaviyo (third-party service) for tracking and management.
    • Enhance the booking system to display possible meeting slots for users, even when no free slots are available, ensuring users can still see available timeslots for booking.

     

     

    Requirements

     

    • 3+ years of experience in Python development, especially in scripting and automation tasks.
    • Familiarity with relational and document-oriented databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
    • Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools.
    • Basic understanding of code optimization and best practices.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently.
    • Self-directed, organized, and able to handle multiple small tasks effectively.

     

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
    • Familiarity with backend service maintenance.

    Requirements/Hard Skills:
     

    • Proven, high-level experience with professional soldering equipment, including excellent proficiency with both SMD and Through-Hole (THT) components in a production setting;
    • Strong foundational knowledge of electronic components (resistors, diodes, transistors, etc.) and a clear ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly diagrams;
    • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing, repairing, and documenting faults in complex electronic devices;
    • A solid understanding of technical standards (e.g., GOST, ISO) and their practical application in a manufacturing environment to ensure product quality and safety.

     

    Will be a plus:
     

    • Hands-on experience with CAD software (especially Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) for reviewing models or designing assembly/testing fixtures;
    • Direct experience with drone configuration software such as Betaflight, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl;
    • Any experience in developing or improving assembly documentation, testing procedures, or quality control workflows.

    1. Team Management & Development

    • Lead the daily operations of the QC team, ensuring balanced workload distribution across QC Managers and Specialists.
    • Support team members in reaching individual and departmental goals.
    • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and perform performance evaluations.

    2. Quality Assurance Coordination

    • Oversee QC sample coverage across all Support teams.
    • Ensure monthly KPIs are achieved (e.g., 10% coverage of total Support volume).
    • Track the number of evaluated chats and maintain data accuracy in QC reports.

    3. Calibration & Consistency

    • Conduct regular calibration sessions to ensure alignment between team members.

    • Plan and deliver training for QC Managers and Support Team Leads to improve QC and coaching skills.

    5. Dispute Resolution Oversight

    • Supervise and review evaluation-related disputes between agents and QC Managers.
    • Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent resolution processes.
    • Report dispute trends and accuracy insights to the Head of CS.

    6. Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare weekly and monthly QC performance reports, including coverage, consistency, and key trends.
    • Analyze recurring mistakes and recommend process improvements.

    7. Process & Documentation Management

    • Create and update QC guidelines, evaluation rubrics, calibration standards, and internal documentation.
    • Work closely with the Head of CS and Supervisors on workflow and process optimization.

    8. Tool Integration & Automation

    • Research, test, and implement AI-driven and automation tools to boost QC speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Ensure smooth tool adoption and provide training for the QC team.
    • Monitor tool performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    9. Cross-Department Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary communication link between QC, Support Team Leads, and L&D.
    • Share QC insights to support coaching quality, process enhancement, and agent development.

    10. Onboarding Support (Optional)

    • Assist in onboarding new QC team members and ensure they fully understand QC standards and workflows.

    11. Performance Review & KPI Tracking

    • Monitor individual and team QC KPIs (coverage, consistency, training completion, calibration).
    • Present results to management on a quarterly basis and propose improvement plans.
