What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Be the Bridge: Act as the primary link between European clients and our development team — calls, requirements, and difficult conversations included.
• Lead Discovery: Dive deep into the client’s business, conduct requirements and discovery sessions, identify the “pains” that our software can solve.
• Design the Logic: Transform vague client wishes into clear User Stories, process maps, and functional requirements that the team can act on.
• Own the Backlog: Prioritize tasks and ensure the development team always has a clear roadmap across 2–3 projects simultaneously.
• Run Grooming Sessions: Break down features, clarify scope, and remove ambiguity before it reaches the developers.
• Ensure Quality: Validate that the final product truly meets the client’s business needs and maintains the integrity of the system’s logic.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a BA in outsourcing or consulting, working directly with development teams.
• Communication: Fluent English for direct, real-time collaboration with international clients.
• Technical Intuition: Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them clearly to a client.
• Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban — in practice, not just on paper.

Your Tasks:

• Lead the overhaul of CTD’s database schema to support high-load and scalable systems.
• Manage the transition from MariaDB to PostgreSQL while ensuring low risk to production environments.
• Design and develop a reliable Data Access Layer (DAL) for consistent data interaction.
• Establish clear models for transaction handling and session management.
• Improve database performance through effective indexing strategies and partitioning techniques.
• Set up database governance policies along with performance guidelines and best practices.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who has:

• 0.5 year of commercial experience as a Recruiter/Sourcer, OR completed recruitment/sourcing courses with a strong desire and readiness to learn quickly;
• Experience with or solid awareness of AI tools used in recruitment (Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean search, and similar;
• Proven skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, particularly via LinkedIn;
• Flexibility and proactivity — you adapt fast, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing quality;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Ukrainian and English;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency;
