The Role
Weβre looking for a proven operator β someone who knows how to build systems, lead teams, and turn big ideas into structured, scalable execution. As COO, youβll serve as the integrator who transforms strategy into traction across product, growth, support, and operations. Youβll work closely with the CEO to align the companyβs vision with day-to-day execution, driving MasterShot toward sustainable, high-impact growth.
What Youβll Own
- Lead and scale core operations across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and systems that track and drive measurable performance
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps across all departments
- Partner closely with the CEO to evolve company strategy and execution
- Recruit and manage department leads, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
- Own company-wide OKRs, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure operational efficiency while preparing the company for scale
Who You Are
- 5+ years in senior operations, ideally as COO or Head of Ops at a SaaS startup
- Demonstrated success scaling a product or company from early traction to growth
- Experienced in org design, systems implementation, and team development
- Highly analytical and structured thinker β fluent in KPIs, financials, and growth modeling
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Familiar with SaaS business models, product-led growth, and multi-disciplinary team management
- Passionate about filmmaking or creative industries (a strong plus)

Project overview (USA):
System, developed to provide stable remote access for companyβs employees to the workstations (PCs or VMs) located in the corporate network without breaking any security. Our system simplifies Access and Device Security for organizations.

β’ Develop deep functional knowledge on Data Highway suite of applications
β’ Lead and drive the system improvements across the Data Highway's suite of applications

β’ Develop detailed understanding of underlying data model for each of the above-mentioned applications
β’ Work with UX/UI designers in case of any user interface-related requirements.

β’ Work diligently on resolving any production issues reported by business users
